At Rio Shangai massage is meant that way.
The manager picks up the girl, youare directed in a room with a tatami, she comes in fully dressed, with top and pants, hard to go through them (guess why?) and she does an oil massage ending up with a HJ. Thank you to all the posters for all the Macau information. You've inspired me to pay a visit to Macau in November on my way to Thailand. I'll only be there for 24 hours, so I need some advice. I'm thinking about going directly to Macau from the Hong Kong Airport and staying one night in Macau. Is there a ferry directly from HKIA to Macau? Otherwise, I would take the train to HK, then go to the Shun Tak Ferry Terminal in HK, buy a package and take the ferry to Macau. Which way makes more sense? If I buy a package at say, East Spa, what would I get with the 1645 package that I wouldn't get as a walk-in for 1645?
Are there any recommended hotels in Macau?
Hat Trick, you mentioned that you could take a turbojet ferry from HKIA and give them your luggage ticket. Is that ferry to HK or to Macau? Also, are Darling 1 and Darling 2 saunas and how do they compare to East Spa?

There are regular services from KHIA to Macau (and vv.) with no need to collect your luggage at the airport, not ven go through immigration

and you will get all useful information, on hot to bookm, prepay and then get the magic of your luggage available at Macau Ferry terminal on your same ferry. Travel is appr 60 minutes.
Actually it is like an international transfer at HKIA: you never enter the HK territory.
Better book in advance but if your plan is to stay ano overnight, I am wondering whether you need an hotel room at all... Especially if you travel light.
The sauna will be ok to hol dyour luggage or maybe the linked hotel will do that for you. I think they have luggage depot at the ferry terminal, if I am not mistaken.
RTFF to get th ehint on the best sauna to suit your needs. You can even visit 2-3. Mind you that there is always a minimum charge that applies if you do not use services up or above that minimum charge (around 400/450KH$, If I am not mistaken, depends on location). So visiting 2-3 locations might turn out a bit more expensive.

Apparently, I can get off the plane from the US in Hong Kong at the airport, get right on the turbojet without going through customs and immigration and they'll forward my bag to the ferry. Apparently, I go through customs and immigration in Macau, then head for the sauna. It seems as if I can check my bag at a sauna, then stay there and even sleep there. Are saunas open 24 hours?
After sleeping and having some action, I can get back on the ferry, go to the airport and head for Bangkok. Is that right? If so, I can definitely avoid paying for a hotel.
I guess the only thing I miss this way is not getting the discount package. What services do I miss by not having the discount package? How much extra would it cost to pay extra for those services?
Bionicman, have you ever tried this? I wonder if my body will be in good enough shape for all the sex after a 13-hour plane ride? I suppose I could spend my first few hours at the sauna sleeping to rest up for the action.

The advantage of the package is included the turbo jet round trip ticket vaule at about 300 hkd, so if you go to the sauna you have to buy ticket yourself, The sauna slepping area have no pirvacy if a big couch, yes most are open 24 hr and you can stay up to 12 hr and food and drink are included.

it is all correct...
yes you miss "the package" but it is not a big deal. No services are missed..on the other hand I think, as I never experienced the ferry package, you get more somehow.
The ferry package seems to include only a specific service, and you have to pay for the others, jsut as you do when you go directly with no package.
I cannot recall what service the ferry package include. But I think it appears to be a full service package, but probably you get a bit less than the one you pay of your own.
Not a big deal.
On the capacity to handle it..well it is up to you, But you can rest as much as you want in between services.
Obviously you wil lhave a loto of service providers trying to give you (paying) services as foot massage, hand massage, etc etc...Up to you to get them or not. The more you stay the more you will be "bothered", of course.
Especially at the shift change when new working forces get in and not know you refuse that service maybe 30 minutes before.
How long you can stay? well..I do not know, but it is not unusual a stay of 12-14 hours, as far as I could understand. Surely the minimum charge restarts at some point. But on the other hand you cannot stay there 24hrs and spend only the minimal services, let's say a rub and a foot massage...would be nonsense.
Places to recommend: I have experienced only Rio, but if you browse here you will form yourself an opinion. changing a couple of places will enable you to spend the time in Macau without getting bored. It is a fact that after some time you get bored, other than sleeping, unless you are set in "rabbit-mode":)
Does have a private sleeping area. Nothing fancy, more like cubicles that you crawl into with a curtain drawn for privacy. Before you go to sleep you tell the attendant what time you want to get up and they will wake you. As far as getting a couple of hours rest after a long flight before the action, I do a 15-1/2 ride all the time plus ferry time and waiting time. I guarantee once you get there and see the inventory, you'll get your 2nd wind get right into the action.

Even though they are open 24 hours, most services such as foot, thigh, etc. rubs are only available when the masseuses come in, around 4 p.m.
Most of the girls also work certain shifts and girls may not be available during 11 am to 2 pm.
I know that I was made to wait 3 hours when I went to Boss Sauna. I was bored in the afternoon, so I incorrectly thought Saunas would have services available during the day, so I went in. It was a fckin boring 3 hour wait with nothing to do but watch TV, and even then, there were only like 5 channels to choose from.

There is no ferry from HKIA to HK. There is bus, taxi, and express train.
Look for the turbojet ticket counter right before HK customs checkpoint. Give them the baggage claim ticket 1 hour before departure, they will give you a new baggage claim ticket to retrieve your baggage once in Macau. Some HK 5-star hotels have this service too where your luggage will be waiting for you in a limo or shuttle.
This way you don't have to enter HK, 2 less stamps in your passport. With the ShunTak packages you save about 1.3 times the one way ferry ticket, not quite rount trip. But you'd have to spend money to get to ShunTak from airport. But definitely buy a package for Macau KTVs, much bigger discount between package price and walk-in price for KTVs or night clubs, whatever you want to call them.
Although soon there will be bus and trains directly to Macau once the HK-Macau bridge is completed in the next decade. Stanley Ho is making sure to monopolize the incoming traffic before construction starts. That's business I guess.

Haha, try 4am to noon. It's sleeping time for most macau saunas, gotta be quiet. No pedicure girls, no thigh massage. Sauna and pools are cold.

Yes. From the main Macau ferry terminal there are two different Shenzhen ferrys. One will take you right next to the airport but it only runs a few times per day. I've gone the same route a few times, but it needs to be a late afternoon or evening flight. It's about an hour and 15 minutes on the ferry and another 10 minutes by free shuttle from ferry to airport.

There is a ferry from the Macau inner harbour terminal (not the HK Ferry terminal) to Shekou and much more frequently from Zhuhai to Shekou (I don't know if there are any to Fu Yong). From Shekou to the airport is still quite a long ride. Fu Yong would be much better (a free 10 min. shuttle bus ride).

Most of us that do sleep over go to the sauna after midnight, get the service and sleep until 7am get something to eat and take off, no one stay there for 24 hr there are better thing to do in macau.
