I was wondering what the hobby scene was like in Thailand at the end of the year? Good time to visit or a time to avoid?

Also there is the looming threat of the protests. The leader says he'll shut BKK down for all of January, if necessary, FWIW. Whether that includes the airport, street walkers & seven elevens remains to be seen.

New years eve can be slim pickens near Sukhumvit.

I'll have to agree with you. I watched all three VDO's and, yes, there were some hotties but some not so hot. Like one who looked like a poster child for a female Dracula with her teeth. It just falls into the category of what one finds Hot another might not. An endless discussion on here.
