Stay of it if you can't help
8 posts, all asking for contacts. Well, you are consistent. At least you're asking, not begging. Thanks for the offer of Delhi contacts, but I'll pass. But you might consider posting some AR's to establish some cred.
What do they say, you can take the Indian out of India, but you can't take the India out of the Indian.
You might try Pattaya. In Thailand, it's more self-serve. Good luck.
First of all, don't drag my country or nationality into this. If you have an issue with me, address me directly without resorting to cheap stereotypes.
I'm new to the scene, which is why I'm asking for help and contacts. There's nothing wrong with asking questions when you're new to something. If you don't want to help, that's absolutely fine — just move on instead of keeping track of my posts and commenting on my activity. You seem to be paying more attention to my profile than necessary.
You don't have to help me, and I don't owe you an explanation. If you have nothing constructive to contribute, stay out of it. Simple as that.
Cannot find the story that you reference Explorer8939
But I found a few others.

At one point in time, EVERYONE here was a newbie, including me. Nothing wrong in asking questions. But I also understand reciprocity, and contributing. Like the masthead on the Indian thread says:
NO DESPERATE PLEAS FOR HELP!
DO NOT post messages begging other members to help you find a girl. If you do not have actual information to contribute, then DO NOT post.
Asking where's a good place to look for, that's general. Asking for a girl's contact, that's specific, and, where I come from, that's a name and number, especially if foreign and a FL.
Like I said, you weren't begging, but certainly a lot of asking. With no feedback provided.
And yes, I do vet. Force of habit. Before I pass along a CONTACT, I want to have an idea of who I'm dealing with. FR'S help with that, regardless of where posted.
2. I live in the real world, and (unfortunately), race and nationality DO play a part. If you think Thailand is colorblind, good luck with that. And since you brought up race, let's be honest. By your question, you're looking for a certain type. So is she.
Plenty of info here on where to find Thais. After all, this is Thailand. For a local businesswoman, they have the home court advantage. For a foreign businesswoman, they don't, and so are more careful. Fact of life, certain nationalities have a bad rap due to the actions of a FEW.
3. Finally, I was being helpful. Pattaya has a higher concentration of Russians than Bangkok, thus a higher probability of success. Yes, general, not specific. Still, functional.
Like HorseTrader says, here it's more places than individuals. You can always try this:
http://www.internationalsexguide.nl/forum/showthread.php?2009-Links-to-Reports-of-Distinction&p=2762933&viewfull=1#post2762933
Look at "Searching, at your leisure" section, use search string "russian". Yes, homework.
Bottom line: You're free to post as you like; so am I.
Inside there were lots of girls, Thai as well as foreigners. But it was difficult to know about girl is freelancer or regular and in foreigner case tourist.
Your contributions appreciated.
That's true the world over. My solution is just to TRY and strike up a conversation with her. If you're invisible (ah yes, the ole cloak of invisibiltiy), she turns away, walks away, she's not interested. Moot point as to whether she's working or not.
If she participates in the conversation, if she's there for business, she'll soon let you know. Time IS money. Like an airport, a plane parked at her gate blocks any other circling planes. A civilian, a lookie-lou, is loosing time (and money). She wants to free up that gate for someone who is interested in business.
Where you from? : How fat is your wallet, how safe are you.
How long you stay Thailand? : Can I give you the tourist price, or must I give you the resident price.
Where you stay? : Another indication of wallet / safety, plus allows for calculation of transportation time / return cost.
If still indeterminate, ask what she's doing "later". Just like any bar, be careful of anyone wanting you to pick up the tab for a few. A businesswoman wants to make money, not drink.
Key off of the direction of the conversation. Like when you're walking down the street. The "My friend, where are you going?", you can quickly determine civilian question or someone wanting to take you somewhere.
If you're looking for a freebie pickup, that's one thing. But IMPE, if business CONFIRMED, best to confirm price, menu, time of departure BEFORE leaving the establishment, along with pay AFTER. If the last is not possible, then that is a variable to consider. Just prevents any number of problems later.
Why Thai Laws are written the way they are written
Brushing aside all the unsubstantiated nonsense opinions expressed by posters whose every linked news report or rumors of this or that raid, arrest, round up, etc ultimately and inevitably prove my position on the issues of Thai Law re sex and prostitution and refute theirs, I thought this would be a good time to explain why Thai Laws on the subject are written to address certain aspects of them and totally ignore others.
Bear in mind, this is only about those behaviors involving consenting adults age 18 or older.
Picture this scenario in Thailand: There is a non-descript building and venue located across the soi from a popular temple called Noi's Place. As you enter the door of Noi's Place you are asked for a 100 baht entrance fee. Then you are faced with a circular conveyor belt carrying twelve 18 year old ladies, laying naked and spread-eagle on that conveyor belt for your assessment of them. A manager approaches and answers any questions you might have about the sexual skills and specializes of each. No other entertainment, food or drinks are on sale in the place. You choose one young lady and, without exchanging a word, the two of you retreat to a room upstairs at Noi's Place, pay an additional 200 baht for the use of the room and after you have whatever style and amount of sex you and she agree to engage in you give your lady 2000 baht and leave Noi's Place a sexually satisfied and happy man.
Here's the reality; the Thai people in that neighborhood don't care what Noi and her ladies are doing or what her customers are doing on a moral point. From monks to the police, moms, dads, grandmothers, grandfathers, aunts, uncles, siblings, cousins, respected community leaders and other business owners, nobody gives a damn what is happening at Noi's Place or the consenting adults involved, their morals, the morals of anyone else in the neighborhood or Kingdom.
How do I know that? Aside from my decades of up close and personal contact with Thai people, being married to a Thai lady, years of engaging with her close family members who are well-educated, English-fluent, successful business owners with even uniformed police officers among them, I also have the Thai Penal Code to back me up on that position. Which, along with every other such legal document available for public consumption in virtually every country, is written with about as clear and plain language as a STOP sign on the road and not filled with "legalese" meant to be understood only by law school students, graduates and bar certified attorneys. There are laws books for that. These documents are not law books. They are written to be understood by lay people.
And Bulletin: There is not one detail in the scenario I pictured above for which the Thai Penal Code regarding Crimes Involving Sex has deemed to be illegal, a crime or punishable by any penalty whatsoever. There is not even so much as a single sentence reference to the subject of "prostitution" by any definition of it in that Code. There is only a crime cited for anyone 16 years old or older who cannot otherwise take care of themselves living off the earnings of a prostitute. That's it. Nothing else. And it wouldn't require being a rocket scientist to figure out that is very likely because familial or close relationship pressure on the prostitute to get out there and have more sex for more money inches closer to the possibility that the prostitute is being "forced" or unduly "coerced" into having sex with someone she isn't choosing to have sex with of her own free will. Which is forbidden by law for anyone in the Thai Penal Code, prostitute or not, money involved or not.
However, by stark contrast, there is one big issue on this subject that Thai people do care very much about and that is having the Kingdom be seen in a negative light by the overt and shameless on the street or another place causing a public nuisance solicitation for prostitution by their definition of prostitution and the fulfillment of that agreement being engaged in a promiscuous manner.
If Noi's Place changed its name to Noi's Place For Fucks and Sucks, there would be a Thai public outcry and demand it be shut down or at least the sign changed.
Enter the Prevention and Suppression of Prostitution Act of 1996, which superseded the first one from 1960, which itself was only adapted by Thailand under pressure from the United Nations on typical Podunk country Western moral values grounds.
And as we all know by simply reading Title IX of that Act, there is not one word, phrase or sentence in it devoted to forbidding and citing as illegal or a crime punishable by any penalty whatsoever the mere person-to-person discussion and agreement between consenting adult to exchange sex for money or money for sex anywhere at anytime and them retreating to private quarters to fulfill that agreement. None.
Instead, there is an abundance of words, phrases and sentences devoted to defining the very narrow and specific version of an overt and shameless solicitation for prostitution according to Thai Law and the fulfillment of that agreement in a promiscuous manner according to Thai Law that could possibly make each a crime.
That Act is all about Preventing and Suppressing what Thai authorities know very well business-minded domestic and foreign entrepreneurs would do in a nanosecond if there were no laws specifically preventing and suppressing their urge to do it and would thereby allow the Kingdom to be seen in a negative light.
Bluntly put, they know within a week visitors and these days all the world would be seeing video clips of Brown Arches in the distance on busy Thai boulevards with "McD's Thailand Brothel, Over 60 Million Served" and when you get close enough to the building and windows, "Delicious Fucks and Sucks, 500 baht and up!
And that's why laws preventing and suppressing that outcome are the only ones to be found in the only legal document that addresses prostitution as it is narrowly and specifically defined in Thai Law. It is also why one of the heaviest penalties is reserved for Section 7 in that Act forbidding advertising sex for sale to the public in an obvious manner, 10,000 - 40,000 baht fine, 6 months to 2 years in prison or both. Yes, if they were ever to determine a gogo bar or beer bar a "prostitution establishment" and fined all 18 people in one and potentially 50 people in another 1,000 baht each just for congregating in the place that would be a heavier fine payday for the Kingdom. But even the most notorious Thai gogo bars and beer bars don't really qualify as a "prostitution establishment" according to Thai Law any more than the inside of a restaurant, lobby of a hotel or stretch of pavement in front of a temple.
Otherwise, Thailand and Thai Law has no opinion and has made no effort to declare illegal or cite as a crime the mere person-to-person solicitation for prostitution between consenting adults anywhere at any time, whether it is being done in a booth at Windmill Bar or in a booth at KFC, neither of which has been identified as a "prostitution establishment" if that were to occur according to any definition of them in Thai Law, or the fulfillment of that agreement in private quarters.
We know the way Thailand and Thai Law defines these things is not the way prostitution and solicitation for prostitution is defined in most Western societies and in their laws. But suggesting and then insisting that Thai Laws do or should or might without critical qualification is just ignorant and foolish nonsense.
The missing magic words. Again.

See? More proof that my Podunk county's definition of Prostitution is not legal in Thailand"! Again.
LOL.
But someone who can read and comprehend the plain language in this and so many other reports of raids and what was seen ought to point out the usual missing words in this one as in the others is "And the man and his prostitutes were all arrested and charged with violating Section blah blah blah in the Thai blah blah blah Code forbidding the exchange of money for sex and sex for money among consenting adults."
Uh. Those magic words ain't there nor anything similar to them.
