I was ready to leave this entire subject alone. But [B]EihTooms[/B] keeps proffering his incorrect lay opinion upon us. What are we to expect from a non-Thai Citizen, Non-member of the bar of Thailand who insists he knows more than the individuals who wrote the law originally in Thai.
It can be argued that:

His main position is that enforcement efforts show he is right. My position is that is a incorrect assumptions. He himself has acknowledged that the law for nominee structures have been on the books for year. Individuals read the law and took actions they believed were within the law. They received legal counsel that they were operating within the law. Yet, when enforcement efforts changed a completely different reading was interpreted by the controlling legal authorities. Arrests were made. Property was seized. The exact same situation exists with the prostitution laws in Thailand.
Prostitution between consenting adults over the age of 18 has no criminal penalty. Problem is when I asked the [B]International Tricks[/B] who are engaged in [B]International Trickin[/B] activities if that is how they hire their prostitutes, the answer was:

[B]The Prosecution Rests![/B][/QUOTE]My main position is there are zero laws forbidding and penalizing prostitution in any way, shape, form or manner in the Thai Penal Code and zero laws in the Prevention and Suppression of Prostitution Act of 1996 forbidding and penalizing the discrete person-to-person solicitation for prostitution by consenting adults anywhere, in or out of any venue, as well as the fulfillment of such an agreement in private quarters and that is why there are no media reports of anyone getting arrested or penalized for those behaviors.
Among consenting adults there are only laws in the Act forbidding and penalizing the [B]overt and shameless in a street or a public place causing a nuisance to the public[/B] solicitation for prostitution and engaging in prostitution [B]in a promiscuous manner[/B].
For guidance on the former, I might suggest resisting the urge to pull your dick and balls out of your pants on Beach Road or Soi 6 in Pattaya and Soi 4 or Sukhumvit Road in Bangkok during your otherwise discrete person-to-person solicitation for prostitution in order to avoid arrest for it since nobody has ever been arrested for it under less [B]overt and shameless[/B] circumstances.
And for guidance on the latter, I might suggest resisting the urge to do your fucking and sucking in exchange for money with a consenting adult right there on the sidewalks or streets of Beach Road, Soi 6, Soi 4, Sukhumvit Road and so on since nobody has ever been arrested for it under a less [B]promiscuous manner.[/B].

Being a rather modest monger, I blushingly accept the truth that I can be a credit to our hobby with my inciteful observations and contributions to the esteemed gathering of reprobates here.
To continue same, I reference a video link posted by Stubby that he claims is evidence that black customers are preferred by Thai chicks. I suspect / suggest that Stubby should visit one of those ear cleaning services because he seems to have trouble hearing what the bar girl said. The bar girl did not say that black dudes are the "best". She said that she has a trick who is black and he treats her well. In other words, pays her generously? LOL.
FWIW, I have a black friend who has lived / travelled in various Asian countries for nearly 20 years. He has never complained about being unable to score with the professionals. But he is a gentleman (in all senses), knows the "rules", and pays fairly. And he has never made a stupid comment like "blacks are the best" or "preferred" customers.
I maintain, everything being equal, it's about the color of money. Not skin! (Yeah, we all hear about the prostitutes of Asia preferring Asian customers due to the "three M" formula. So that might be an exception to the rule.).

I've only a few days in Bangkok, and already I caught a bad fever the other day which put me out of action for over 24 hours. Then today I thought I was being the super stud with some back to back hard sessions. Now my penis is completely swollen and bloody weird looking to say the least. Edema apparently or worse! Some sort of blood clot issue from severe friction! I've been told to rest for 24-48 hours with no sex!
I am on my way to 7-11 for an ice pack, see if I can speed things up!!
