If you're caught there'll be a fine but that's it.

On a separate note:

No one cares what you do anymore.

Tested before embarking from The States, tested in the Airport of Taiwan, ushered by hazmat zombies into a clear plastic reupholstered taxi, while every step I took my body was being sprayed by numerous hazmat attendants spraying such a quantity of mists of alcohol on me that I felt inebriated. I was called by the local police department every day and required to send an image of my daily home COVID test to the authorities. Never left my apartment during the 10 to 14 day quarantine.

Incidentally, last month, I was refused entry into a tea house because I could only show evidence of 2 MODERNA shots. But, all others didn't care.

Most locals aren't okay with foreigners so you'll have very limited options. Also the ladies site is all agencies and you'll probably never get what's shown on the pictures.
