They were definitely not freebies and definitely not bakla. I did not partake, although I negotiated a few times.

For my visit I may use PL and FC (as I did when I worked in Manila in 2008/2009), but I will also try to meet other freebies too. I will let you know!

Although a newbie to ISG, I have had some experience with PI.

I first visited PI in 1976 after working 2 years in Tokyo. A colleague there invited me to stay at his home in Manila (I was surprised that the family spoke Spanish at the dinner table!).

I have visited a number of times since then, including working in Manila for a total of 4 1/2 years over 2 separate contracts (I have also spent more than 25 years in Asia and Melanesia over the past 40 years).

By the way I currently work in Shenzhen, China, so no need to visit China (LOL). But I like to get away from China on occasions, and PI is only a short hop from Hong Kong. I have previously visited Manila to meet SYTs encountered on PL and FC. This time I thought I would try Cebu.

TGIF is a real mix but quite a few LBs transgender go there now, one quite well known with a following on Facebook (I asked her friend (ie a real girl) if the guys she dates know she is transgender and they have no idea LOL).
