If you have a vehicle, you have some free time, and you want outdoor daytime sex, here's a foolproof method:

Take basically any major road out of Rome, drive as far as the GRA ring road, and start looking. If they're not on the main road, they'll be on the side roads. I can personally confirm that this method works on the following roads: Ardeatina sometimes, Prenestina (around Trigoria), Togliatti (btw Prenestina and Tiburtina), Aurelia (at bus stops and on overpasses), Salaria of course, Tiburtina not so much, but along the via di Lunghezzina plenty, (as noted by Romanguy), Flaminia no, but many nigerians and some romanians along the adjacent via Tiberina, and sometimes along the Pontina.

And there are plenty more. Almost any road with few private habitations just outside the GRA and sometimes way after will generally have some prostitutes. Things to look for: makeshift chairs on the side of the road, discarded bottles of water, discarded Kleenex, and cars parked on the side of the road in areas where people wouldn't ordinarily park.

Romanguy: a month ago I was on via di Brava deciding which Nigerian I wanted to talk to, when I saw a police car come racing in the opposite direction with sirens on. Very good tips, Upforit, me too I always check discarded objects. I can tell you more: Nigerian girls are used to drink Vitamalt. Yes, when car is not necessary for it - I mean the shot is behind a bush or in the wood - it is a common sense to drop it far away and not only to escape easier: in this way one avoids identification (from police, friends, collegues, wife, g/f, parisher,...), seizure, damage.

You will find it in every African store. There are some in the area of Termini but much more in the so called "little Africa" that is Torre Angela, Torre Nova, Tor Bella Monaca, Giardinetti, the all along via Casilina.

African stores are also cool spots for our hobby because Nigerians are used to hang there to drink. Girls buy heavy big bags of rice and have troubles to carry them: be kind and help them with your car just parked in the front.
