Book a hotel room near airport for short time and call someone there. Most of the hotels are open about it. Visa is free nowadays so it should be easy to get out of airport.

Few reports had suggested in the range of 40-50 k which is exorbitant. But your post gives in range of 15-30 k that is not bad to give a try. I am saying 'not bad' because even Apsara and Piu of the world are quoting at 12 k and they are proper WG. Maybe for experience, we can try one or two SA birds. The thrill of meeting a few of them (if they are open to) in a restaurant or pub to discuss seems to be a totally new exp.

I did not quite get the negotiation part. Are they open for short term and price negotiation? Their profiles talk about arrangements and mostly long term.

Some time back I saw a report saying the DP in SA is all fake and need for video call. Now with SP also in scene looks like it's a mixed bag.
