Looking for reliable Visa Shop in PP to handle my paper work getting a new 60 day (single) Tourist Visa for Thailand. Normally my hotel did this for me but currently closed for renovation.
Address for moto driver would be helpful.

I will be getting an opportunity to visit Phnom Penh soon in this month.
I have gone through the various reports here. Have a few queries:
1. Is Dara Airport Hotel girl-friendly?
2. Are the rates for both Mean Haur & '252 Massa' same. Namely $7 for massage and $25-30 for FS? Or have the rates gone up?
3. Heard that the bar girls and FL have rooms near the bars that can be used for ST. Will those rooms be having basic cleanliness and are they safe?

1. Massage 1 HR asked for $15, and it has to pay first. - I paid $10, and it can be cheaper if you spend more time barging, I guess.
2. Asked $50 & 60 for FS, I paid $40, and it can be cheaper if spending more time to bargain, I guess.
It's my first time going massa, I had a long day working, and it was the reason that I didn't spend more time barging.

Do you know if Hotel Mean Haur is better or is 252 Massa better? Or are there any other places like this with decent rooms?

You will need 2 taxis so $24 total. Not sure if the driver will charge $1 or $2 more for additional passengers.

No need to haggle with the taxi drivers outside. Considering you are staying at Naga and it is expensive for drinks, food, girls you should not be looking for saving few dollars.
Two unrelated questions.
1) Can someone suggest a dance club (not DD or Pontoon) with nice local ladies who like to dance? I'm not necessarily looking for WG, I just want to buy her some drinks and dance the night away.
2) Anyone got a list of ST rooms with rates in 51 or BKK1 area. A place that won't require ID or ask questions about my guests?

I took the lone Viet No. 21 (red badge). Mid-20's, nice body if a bit chunky around the middle. Three tattoos (right wrist left breast tramp stamp).
Friendly enough, decent massage, good deep sucking but not much of it, tight covered boomboom. She was happy with $25. I paid $7 at the desk on the way out.
She isn't a bad choice. Currently the selection there is dreadful.
This is strictly for newbies. Others please ignore.
Massage brothel variously known as '168' '252' 'Yang Mei' 'Yang Chou'.
1) Do not arrive by tuktuk or motodop.
2) Have $7 exact change for massage.
3) Do not approach the desk. Sit at fish bowl and make selection. Casually confirm with staff you know the price is $7 / hour.
4) Once in room with girl, tell her you want a massage. Fairly early in the proceedings let her know that you pay $25 for nyum nyum boom boom. Add that you pay the cashier $7.
5) Give her time to agree. Usual rules of negotiation: be pleasant, friendly, stick to your price.
6) Afterwards, give her the agreed fee, as opposed to more than the agreed fee.
7) Walk with her to the cashier and hand him the $7. They may try to charge you more if you overrun the 60 minutes, so you might like to note the time.
