Yesterday the chicas had a meeting with the deputy major about the current situation of the chica round up. It was a small protest the was supposed to include the mayor but, she didn't show up. The chicas did a lot of protesting and expressed their grievances regarding the random arrest. After the meeting the cops were waiting outside and haul a large number of their asses to the slammer.

Just a couple cases in Sosua and boom, there goes the Haitian trick trade. Who benefits? No one. But the Dominicanas will be more in demand.

Damn, pretty soon Blackbeard's is going to be the only place on the North Coast to find some action! I'm guessing the Mayor's intent is to let the police lock the chicas up so much that they just decide to stay away from Sosua all together. Making it to be that when the gringo shows up the place is a ghost town.
Can someone who is connected to the community there comment on what is actually going on behind the scenes? I know from studying politics that people are put into power by players operating behind the scenes (i.e. Hugo Chavez, Robert Mugabe) to do thy bidding. The mayor seems to be a pawn put there to clean the place up for developers wanting to turn the place into "New Cabarete"? I wouldn't be surprised if they have plans to build a road that goes right to Cabarete and cuts right through Classicos.
It speaks volumes that the mayor did not show up at the meeting, signaling that she in fact is in favor of and possibly the one sanctioning these acts (chica lockup). Probably promised the chicas more protection from the police if elected during the campaign no doubt...
...And it's no coincidence that this is simultaneously going on in Santo Domingo as well...

Didn't the same thing happen in Boca Chica years ago? No real surprise. Maybe So-sewer is going the way of Boca Chica too.
Undercover cops grabbed chicas right from inside the little walk way. One heavier haitian woman decided she was wrongly grabbed and tried to put up a fight. I guess she will be back across the border by nightfall. She was trying to bite the cops and they had to bring a car to pick her ass up. I am pretty sure they gave her the business when they got her back to the station. All the women looked like they were living in fear. Man. Sosua is changing.

Sosua got pretty wild in the 90's and there was a major crackdown that drastically shut down open p4p for a year or so. Long enough that it significantly impacted the tourist industry in town. After that it quietly built back up.
Boca Chica picked up after Sosua was shut down and got very wild before the big crackdown there...and since then it's been relatively quiet.
When they close down a few discos it's not like the chicas pack up and leave the island.

Thanks for an on the scene report. Can you give us more details on what you saw? What time of day? By the little walkway do you mean the stairs up to the disco? How many chicas taken? Mostly Haitian? Any comments by other chicas? Was it Politur? TIA.
Sosua has changed during the cocktail hour. I just returned after 5 weeks. Formerly, at the Bermuda Bar(PC + Rosen), there were many young, hot chicas there, or passing by. Today, there were none! Only a few old-timers, old, fat, and ugly chicas. The ''vermin'' are in process of destroying Sosua!

I don't have an answer for you. But I am VERY CERTAIN the "powers to be" are monitoring this board and are looking for statements from more guys "wondering" to verify that "Operation Pedro Clisante Cleansing" is working.
Well, it's a good thing the Mayor there created an abundant supply of job opportunities for the chicas after literally taking away there mill stone...right? (lol)
And the police, just what will they do after this operation is successful? Surely they don't have to worry about losing there jobs because there are way too many of them with nothing to do now...right? Maybe when there are no more chicas and vendors to lock up they'll start going after the stray dogs in Sosua to justify staying on the payroll....

I changed my 2 week trip to Rio for Sosua. I just finished my 5th trip this year to Rio on 15 Nov. only for 4 days. Now I am in Sosua. My 2nd trip here in 2 months.
Yes, the DR peso is cheaper than the Brazilian reias, but the Brazilian chicas are more finer. Yeah Classicos has a lot of girls, but they seem to be on a lower level than Brazil. Plus, if you want to take a break from fucking, there is more to do in Rio. Nothing to fucking to in Sosua. Now it's raining, and the mudhole is making more mud!!!!
But you can fuck here for US equivalent of $26.00 all night. So some chicas are gonna get fucked before I leave 2 Dec. 11 days to go!! Also, the girls here are hungrier than Rio. This place is good for those without post Help, non Copa game!
Me and 3 buddys went down to Sosua 2years ago for 7days and it rained every fucking day we were there and I mean torrential rain. What a fucking mess that was. The day we were leaving the fucking sun came out! I have not been to Brazil( definitely on my todo list) but I go to Colombia every 2 months and love it. Colombia and its women are much finer than the dominicans. I am heading down to DR on Dec 2 and I have to sort thru alot of fucked up women before I find a good one. Alot of them have fucked up stomachs and or tits that look like fried eggs. Drives me nuts! First thing I do is check out the stomach, I like it to be nice and flat.
