One thing I've learned from my mongering experiences is that while the quality of a girl and the price she charges are positively correlated, the real gems can often be found only among the girls who charge lower rates rather than those who charge high rates. However, IMO within this price range (3000 usd +), in most cases a 8. 5 would be the best you can get. If you want a 9 or 10, I would suggest you try the 100-200 usd girls. Yes you would expect more fake profiles and have to prepare for unattractive or old ladies showing at your door, but there are a lot of beautiful girls in their 20's within this price range. You will find them if you got a big enough sample size, which means of course that you need enough time and a decent budget for the trial-and-error process. Just read some of the posts on the Kiev page. Not as bad as before, but guys are totally lying or just in complete denial. But since you wrote that most girls at Penthouse were at least cute or attractive, I think I probably have higher standards than yours. Most of girls there were unattractive to me with few exceptions. I would suggest you call some escorts from websites if you still have time and budget left.
