I heard from one of my friend that in Bangkok, there is a soapy (high end) massage parlours name " THE LORD", I understand it is somewhere in Rachada but not sure where it is. Walk the path way (and shop?) along Emanuelle, Nataree and in some minutes you will have it at a right turn. About 5-7 minutes from the MRT exit.
Have never written a review here and do not really intend to either. Visited The Lord twice in about 45 days, one time the damage was 6100 and one time 5200.

I remember a discussion in the film Reservoir Dogs where Steve Buschemmi was refusing to tip a waitress in a diner based on the fact you would not tip someone in McDonald's, but they both earn very low wages and they are both serving you food. The point here is there seems to be a disparity as to which industry or service providers should or should not be tipped.
IMO good service should definitely be rewarded. Last January I went to EZ1 and the lady asked if I would tip her before anything had happened. My response was that I would tip her if her performance warranted it, in the end she did deserve a tip and was given one. I think another aspect is that most of us know the back grounds these girls come from and the reasons they are working so a degree of sympathy does creep in. I fully agree that very bad service should not be tipped as this simply encourages the lady to continue to give poor performances.
