Why would you possibly kick out Foreigners? A Foreign person adds to the GDP every day spending money, buying goods, renting hotel rooms fucking girls for money.
The Fils is a sad sad place because of the fucktards in government, the people there simply do not have a chance to get ahead.
Easily the stupidest place in the world.
A couple of years back I said good-bye to a friend who was going back to Australia. I saw him later that day and asked what happened. I thought he had a flight out.
He had decided to take a jeepney to the pier. Just as he was getting out, with all his money in his pocket, several packages, bags, his pocket was picked. He didn't realize he'd been robbed until the jeepney was gone. He had to borrow money just to get back to the hotel.
I take the jeepney when it's not too packed, during the day, and when I don't have valuables on me. I make certain my money is in multiple secure (zipped) pockets.
This can happen anywhere Sarge, and not just jeepneys.
The pickpocketers watch for anyone with hands full as they are easy shots, just like your example with the bags and packages.
My neighbor had her gold earrings removed FROM HER EARS just after she had stepped down from a provincial bus just a few weeks ago at the Victory terminal in Cubao.
She had a large bag in one hand and was holding her 3 year old grandaughter's hand in the other.
He was very skilled and bold. He stepped straight in front of her, used both hands to deftly remove the clips and was gone in less than 5 seconds. Nobody saw anything, and she was too shocked and dumbfounded because it was so fast.
He had targeted her as soon as she stepped off the bus and he also recognised real gold earrings too.
Needless to say, she now always wears costume jewellery when she is in public areas like a bus terminal.
Don't ever underestimate the skills of these people; they are professionals and I am sure they practice their craft at home to get it so slick.
