There was Dry Law in effect from Friday noon till Satuday at 12 am. Most places close as everyone goes to the provinces, beaches, etc. The city is dead. I didn't see anyone outside Habanos last night-so it's not just because of Easter. HOWEVER, this place around the corner was jam packed with chicas, some of them really pretty. (I tried to upload a photo, but it keeps failing) I had already picked up a girl at Oceans, so I didn't go in. The girl I was with said that place is not as safe as Habanos and that some of the girls will try to pick your pocket.

BTW, an interesting thing I was told by one of the girls in the casino was that they only allowed 20 at any one time. Sure enough, when I counted, there were exactly 20. So it may be a little hit or miss on the quality that you see, depending on which girls got there first.

Any latest info on Habanos? I am arriving in Panama next week, so wanted to get an understanding of if Habanos has reopened? Also, how are the numbers looking like in Oceans Casino or Alejandro? Don't want to get to the city and then realize everything is dead.

How to ask if the hotel is girl friendly? I have booking at AC Marriott and want to find out if it's girl friendly and what is the cost?

My trip is mainly to clear my bucket list for sightseeing but not averse to having some fun. I sent message to the hotel saying my friend will be joining me later. Their reply was because I booked for two people one registered guest will be allowed free. Since I said my girlfriend will be joining me later I could not ask what will be the charge for additional guest. Sometimes what they say does not mean exactly that when your boots are on the ground. Once you check in you can ask but insist that you booked for two and should be allowed one guest for free.
For me I will troll and see if I can get a girl to stay for couple of nights. But if not I will be happy with just sightseeing.
If you have registration for two guests, they may allow it for free for the first Chica during your stay, but if you are going into get multiple chicas during your entire stay, they may ask for chica fee.

Most escorts will have some condoms and lube, but usually only a small amount and not of good quality. I'd be sure to bring your own as they can often run small and if the first one breaks, and she doesn't have another, your session will end abruptly. I've also had situations where a tighter / smaller condom and poor lube impacts my performance (and pleasure) so I always bring my own.
Most of them are flexible, you could carry / use your own condom. I never had any issues using my own condom during my 2 Panama trips.
