Colombia farma industry has excellent reputation. I add that there's no need to show a prescription to buy ED drugs at farmacies, then that's why I buy my supply in Colombia whenever I can travel there.
Last week, I bought 50 boxes x4 pills generic Sildenafil 50mg produced by Genfar for less than 12.500 COP / box from La Rebaja (). I choose Genfar because it is the only that places 4 pills in one blister (I keep only blisters and throw away boxes to save space). It could be cheaper, but I did not have the time to make a market search.

Most of the powders for drugs are made outside the US. The various companies just stamp out the pill or capsule. It's all the same, especially Colombian drugs.

I buy 100 MG Maxifort in Tijuana for less than a dollar a pill. It is made in Mexico. Lots of Tijuana guys use it. It works great for me and I also bring it with me to Medellin.

Plenty of them in the Rio shopping center in Poblado. Anything from a hand job to anal action. The casas, mostly in centro & Laureles, are basically brothels so anything goes depending on the chica. The stripclubs, besides la isla, Face Dos, Conejitas in centro & other lower enders in centro all have rooms in the back for your dirty desires. I have been going to mde in my 40's, 50's & 60's & have never been asked for an ID. I do carry a copy of my passport just in case I have a policia encounter, but in 20+ trips over 20 years, that has never happened.

The ID question is a good one and a little less clear... I have used a photocopy of my passport and an expired drivers license with success. I currently just use a (valid) passport card or expired military ID.
