Tons of pussy here in DC now. As to the frelancers on Cebu's Fuente Osmena Circle, I only saw average to below average looking girls there. I took your advice on what you told me in your PM's to me, thanks. First off, I stayed at Midtown taking advantage of the cebu pacific deal of 1400p a night. Good location for almost everything only a 50p ride to Ayala or SM if needed. The Robinsons downstairs is so small, not even really worth shopping at for anything. Next time and for most guys I would recommend just staying at Metropolis Court Hotel like DS suggested, I went there to check out the Wild Orchid and found the hotel to be in decent shape. The rooms at Midtown were pretty small too especially since I wanted non-smoking and since I was using the cheapo Cebu Pacific rate, maybe they gave my friend and I the crappiest rooms or maybe they are all like that. Just imagine half the size of a normal hotel room and you have a midtown room and bathroom.
Checked out the Wild Orchid as DS suggested. Unfortunately went there early around 5pm only a few girls, everyone should go after 7pm when all the girls are there. Another thing is that the 400p is for hotel guests only for the massage, non-guest price is around 800 or more, you can get a membership for a one time fee of 800p or so and you get a slight discount. So your best bet is to stay at the hotel and then visit the Wild Orchid. I did have the guy at the bar DS suggested show me around and gave him my number but he never texted back and I was pretty busy so it didn't work out for me. Anyway, so I just look at the Wild Orchid and left.
I was there from last Monday to Friday not the weekend. Check out the bars down the street. Exotica, Dimples, Love City, Vikings, Black Hole, Cowboy, etc. Exotica where DS suggested was just not happening on the monday and tuesday I went, not many girls and nobody caught my eye. The two places that week that were going nude on stage were Love City and Vikings. The girls were going topless and/or bottomless on stage, 2 at a time. The other bars the girls didn't strip at all. I did see some lookers in the bars but barfine was in the 3-4000 range so I didn't want to do it. There are the back rooms for a short time but I wanted to take the girl back for the night so I looked elsewhere.
Checked Goldfinger and Harem which are two clubs more further away. Last year, I thought the girls at Goldfinger and Harem were better looking than the girls at the clubs mentioned above but now they are not better looking at all. And they did not get nude which they did last year. At least in Goldfinger it was a relaxing atmosphere with the big couches to relax on and the mamasan never even approached me to get a girl, so I wasn't really into any girl there but there were like 1 or 2 good looking girls. I wouldn't waste the taxi fare to these two clubs, not really worth the 80-100p to get there and back from the large group of clubs above.
Now the girls hanging around Osmena Circle, my personal recommendation is to stay away. Besides the fact that none of them are decent looking, these free lancers seem dangerous, the hotel like midtown has no security, so if the girl drugs/kills you and leaves nobody will know. They also look diesease infested, I wouldn't be surprised if they had AIDS, they don't look real healthy or hygenically clean. But if you are short on funds or are willing to take the risks, go around 8pm anything later it seems like slim pickings and by then you just got the bottom of the bottom of the barrel.
Well, what happened to me is that my friend and I by pure chance met normal girls that had real jobs that we happened to meet, so we ended up hooking up with them for the duration of the week. So that's about all we did, took them out at night after they were done with work and since they were not working girls didn't have to pay and not worry about STD's as much but it ends up the same since you do have to take them out and things like that and spend money.
In the end though this time around I enjoyed my trip to Manila alot more. Last time Cebu was better. Also went to Angeles for the first time but I can tell you right now that I will never go back. AC is just cheap, that is the only thing going for it, nothing else. The hottest girls in AC are just average at best compared to the girls in Manila or Cebu that's why they probably go to AC. If you were a hot girl why would you stay in AC and get paid 1000p and even less after the bar takes their cut. When you can go to Manila or Cebu, go out on a 3-4000p barfine and get about half let's say which ends up being 4 times what you would get working at AC. So it just makes common sense that there are less hot girls in AC, of course there is the one gem once in awhile. More to come later, maybe.

Being that it's the Marriott and a name brand chain, the massages are usually legit, nothing extra unless you can convince the girl but usually they are not attractive or are worried about getting caught and fired. Go to the smaller local hotels and get a massage there if you want extras. Besides there are plenty of other places to go in cebu.

Homely/Street/Skanky can be cheaper, but use at my own risk. Hmm, for that kind of money, I can get laid here in the States. Maybe Thailand is a better bet in terms of quality for the buck?

Some of the Clubs Mookman mentioned are expensive. The location has them catering to a lot of Japanese, Korean and Chinese businessmen on expense accounts. It is P750 plus P1000 to the Girl at Club Exotica and about the same at Firehouse and Silver Dollar, both on Osmena Blvd south of the Circle.

I can't speak for everyone as I've not even been to Cebu yet, but I have been to Puerto Galera, about 3 hours from Manila. I had two very attractive, young (22ish) girls at different times, both for short time (about an hour), for 500 pesos. All night would have costed about 800P.
There's no way you should need to spend the sort of money you mentioned. I have to admit I often shake my head when I read about the sort of money some guys pay (not just the Phils, but in other parts of Asia, too). It's absolutely crazy, and makes it bad for the rest of us. The average wage in places like the Phils, Thai and China is something like $US100 a month - maybe less. So paying hand over fist for a screw in such places is absurd.
There's no way I mean to sound immodest, but I've actually received BJs and FS for free in Thailand from hookers. It's all about being a good guy, showing respect, making them laugh, etc. I'm not saying paying for sex is bad. I already left the PI last week, will be back in a month. This time I'll probably hang out with the girls I met last time in Cebu. They were nice girls, worked the standard 8 hours during the day at a store.

Overnight prices seemed high from the clubs I've seen in Cebu. As in any place, local girls can be found for cheap. My suggestion for saving money is to avoid cebu and go to Angeles City, like I said before I spent time there and it is cheap, under $20. When I rag on the girls in AC, you have to understand that my standards are very high, the girls in AC are considered very attractive by men from Europe and/or America where they might not have seen many Asian woman or have a different standard of beauty, just stating my observations. I think you'll be happy in AC more than Cebu if you checked it out. You won't be dissapointed.

i was many time Pi, Thailand, Cambogia, Vietnam, Indonesia, Srylanka,Brasil. My personal vote is for Thailand, because it's the only place where you can find wonderful beaches (i don't know if you are interested in) and nightlife at low costs.

I see your point, premium quality demands premium price anywhere. AC is a place I will visit, but it isn't on the top of my list. I'm going over to scout for retirement. My candidate locations are not based on female availability, but rather interesting places with good services and reasonable costs for day to day life. However, that said, I'm not taking a vow of celebacy either. And when I saw your 50 - 70 dollar range, I thought, damn, I can get laid here and save the airfare. But not by super cuties.

Thailand is very intriguing and it has somewhat better services in some areas (Health care). I lean toward to Chiang Mai due to weather considerations, but I love the beaches and the water too.

It means that in Philippines there are wonderful island without nightlife. I think that nightlife in Phil is avaible in Manila, Cebu, Angeles, Puerto Galera and no more. I cannot describe them as "Tropical Paradise"

Aside from a single night spent here at a conference a couple of months ago, I had not been to Cebu, and never done the "tour des boites" or the tour of the many clubs made infamous by this board. Therefore, I jumped at the chance to meet my buddy the Dragon Slayer for a week end revel, starting with the invitation only party at Metropolis Court and moving on from there.
The party, which was held in the main function room of the hotel started at 9. By ten the room was SRO, with about 400 guys and a sprinkling of ladies ogling the strippers parading out on the catwalk. As advertised by the Slayer, the price for taking one of them into a private room for an hour, for a "private show" was PhP1500. Neither the quality of the ladies or the general ambiance of the place created any desire to take advantage of this offer and, by about 10:30, I had seen enough stippers to last for a while. So I left the Slayer to enjoy the remaining festivities and headed out to exotica. The Slayer, who was with his regular woman from Cebu (who by the way, is gorgeous) did not have to need to avail himself of the club scene.
Exotica is by far the most down market of the places I visited, but the owner, Bill, is a good guy, makes you feel very welcome, and no one hassles you for ladies drinks, bar fines, or to take one of the 5 VIP rooms. After about 40 minutes I started fixating on a 19 year old dancer named Irene, and 1 ladies drink, and a 700 PhP bar fine latter was in the car with her and headed back to the Jacuzzi in my room. Bill had told me before I left the club to pay the lady about PhP1,000 and it was sure about the best value for money I have received in a long while. I barely had time to pop a vitamin V before the girl had me out of my clothes, out of her clothes,and in the large, bubbling tub, where we cavorted for about an hour before another 90 minutes or so on the bed. I was exhausted at the end of this session, and we both passed out with smiles on our faces.

saturday night, the slayer was determined that i take the grand tour, and we met at the fire house about 9 in the evening. the place is defnitely more upscale than exotica, and the dancers all wore see through veils draped around their shoulders, and were otherwise naked from the waist up. panties were the order of the from the waist down. while waiting for the slayer, i spied a really good looking lady waiting her turn to dance, invited her for a ladies drink, seguayed into a pizza, and bar fined her (php750) shortly thereafter. about ten minutes later the slayer walked in (looking somewhat exhausted and water logged from the jacuzzi) and we all agreed to visit a couple of additional clubs.
from the fire house, we took a 3 minute taxi ride to the silver dollar and crashed into the middle of a birthday party for john, the owner of the place. the silver dollar is a bit more "down home" and less glitzy than the fire house, but the deal is pretty much the same. i actually thought that the selection of girls was somewhat better there than at exotica, and there were three or 4 that i would have taken had i not already selected the lady for the evening. john's staff passed around two large cakes, both baked in the form of naked women, slayer got the left breast.
even the dlayer had never been to the black hole, so we decided to go there next. i think (and the slayer will disagree) that this was the nicest of all the bars i saw. it's very large, there's no hassling, and there were easily 6-8 women there i would have done in a heartbeat. in fact, the next time i am back in cebu, i am heading there to find one of them. the girls i was with from the fire house said that she used to work in the black hole but didn't tell me why she switched. the bar fine here, for some reason, is only php600 and, believe me, it's a bargain.
after three or four hours of bar hopping, watching scantily clad women, and endless semi-strip teases, i was hot to get back to the hotel and initiate some actual sex. unfortunately, the performance in this case was less than the promise by several degrees. competent enough, but strictly mechanical and ithought that the php1,000 i have her was generous. shw was friendly and cute, and gave me her cell number, but i doubt that i will see her again.
i am now back in davao, depleted of most bodily fluids, and will surely go back and do the tour again next month or so.
