Anyone know of an ATM in Poblado that still spits 50's? The BancoColombia ATMs have only been giving 100's the last few months. I've even tried asking for only 500 mil and still get 4 cien bills and 5 venties. I'd really like to get some 50's.

Most of their ATM's are at a branch bank. I have gone into their bank and exchanged the larger bills I received for smaller ones. The last time I used a Servibanca inside a grocery store, I received all 50's. That may have just been how is was that day. The other Servibanca ATM's have only dispensed 100's when I've used them. I think there are several different bank ATM's inside the Curulla store on Poblado Ave.

When fully stocked, they are programmed to distribute a mixture of those bills as the bank may have set it to. But if the ATM is subject to a lot of small withdrawals that require a lot of smaller bills, then towards the end of its stock, it will start issuing just the bigger bills for bigger withdrawals because it's trying to make up for the lack of smaller bills. I've had the same ATM give me an even balance of bills and on a different day give me everything in 100's.
More like cleaning up the area. There is no need to have the area like this as it only invites criminal activity.
Plenty of ways to find women in Medellin, this should not be one of them.

Most likely a scam, strongly recommended to not do that. Medellin is a in-person place. You are better off going to a local strip club or club and get girls numbers for a follow up. Then you know what they are like in person.

They're English speaking which men's you'll be able to communicate, it's painfully cheap, the dollar is at all time highs against the peso and the living conditions you'll provide are substantially better than what they're dealing with so it'll be a much more enjoyable time for her.

You already paid in a portion and now you either agree or move on. Regardless you will lose your money and no service.
