If you are a frequent South American visitor you might just want to keep an eye on this it doesn't look like it's serious now but it might get that way if it intensifies.
Hi, I've seen some Medellin escort sites. I contacted the girls and messaged them to arrange an appointment, but when we met, they asked me for a deposit. Is this normal? Is it a scam? And the third girl who does this. I haven't been able to schedule an appointment yet. The site is prepagos.
Has anyone had similar experiences?
Many have already chimed in saying that this is a scam, but I have to say that your message is not clear. You said "but when we met". What does that mean? The girl actually came over and asked you for money before she did anything? Or when you asked for an appointment, they said when the girl comes over, you need to pay first before she does anything? What do you actually mean by but when we met?
Earlier this month, I spent 10 days in Medellin. Stayed near Lleras in an AirBnb. Most of the time, I was with girls I met on earlier trips but I did venture out to a few "massage" places. >
Next time, I'll check out more of these spas. There must be dozens of them all over Laureles and Belen.
Bucanero's reports about massage places motivated me last week to check out some high-end massage places. I used to be a big Massage guy, but in the last several years I haven't been going to the massage places. I'm typically busy with the regulars that I see routinely but last week I decided to switch it up.
As was noted on the previous post, there are a lot more maybe five times the number of massage places than I remember seeing several years ago. The quality has also gone up in my opinion in the past it was not uncommon to see a significant number of single mothers on several of these massage places, but the few I checked out had no single mothers and I found good variety of good looking under 24 girls.
I researched Des Spa in Provenza, Samadhi Spa in Laureles, Samana spa in Belen, Elite spa and Benito Spa in Belen. All of these could be found on Google maps easily. I contacted all of them by WhatsApp and all of them sent me price list and the masseuse PDFs and almost all of them were easy to communicate with them, prompt to respond and to let me know who is working at any given time.
Due to time constraints and logistics I ended up only going to Des and Samadhi.
Des is walking distance to where I live. And the line up what's to my liking. It is located in a residential neighborhood with Apple parking if you want to drive inside the place is clean decent shower facilities, comfortable white bed pleasant room. I went with Camila pretty face, great body and fantastic attitude lovely body to body massage. She did not rush and it was a very relaxing one hour and I left very happy, wanting to come back. I also saw Juliana and Catalina and I could've easily gone with either one of them and I plan to see them next week when I have some time. Professional service and I highly recommend. The girls are prettier in person than in the photographs.
Samadhi spot was also equally professional. I have my own transport so I decided to drive and it started to rain hard. The receptionist was super helpful and incredibly patient with me to help me find a parking spot during an absolute downpour. Prices were slightly less expensive here, place larger and more girls on the offer and Place seemed a bit busier than the Provenza spot. The photos in their catalog are slightly more professional. The girls are definitely pretty, but they look better in the photos than in person which is the opposite at Des. I saw Sara and I did a body to body with her as well. I left happy and I tipped her. As I was waiting and on my way out, I saw a few other girls who I would've been happy to see.
My ideal girl is a Blanca, fit, flaca, natural and sin hijos. I found my type at both places. In both places, the focus is on a decent to good quality massage with release and not on sex.
@Bucanero. Man, I tried to find the Ellas erotic in Belen, but I could not. I happen to be in that part of town on business and I really wanted to go there but despite aggressive searching, I could not locate it and the Spanish site that you mentioned was not easy to navigate. Also, I could not find the Tantra Massage as Google maps showed me three spots and two of them were closed and the other one did not respond. Anyway, thanks again for motivating me to check out massage places.
More like cleaning up the area. There is no need to have the area like this as it only invites criminal activity.
Plenty of ways to find women in Medellin, this should not be one of them.
I totally agree. Some people might jump on me for saying this, but I sincerely hope that someday the city of Medellin would ban street hooking and public soliciting in or around public parks. In any city, a public park should be a place where a family should be able to take a stroll in the evening. An overnight raid and a political theater once every three months with hundreds of agents and police is not going to do anything to change the situation.
For those who may not know, the Veracruz church has been the site of street girls for several centuries.

It's good you found girls of your liking. You touched on the subject of prices without actually quoting them. Would you be willing to share that information?

I will PM you what I paid as I don't like to get into price discussions on the forum. Des WP is 310-465-4811 and 321-516-2747.
Samadhi is 314-798-0635.
They will send you a price and masseuse catalog on WhatsApp.

The base price for a one hour massage with panties on at Des in Provenza is 220,000 pesos and 300 for nude body body (Higher quality offering, no travel time / Uber etc for those in or around Provenza).
At Samadhi it is 200 for nude. This is a no-brainer if you're in Laureles and into massage.
Forgive me for being crude. I'm indifferent about massage. Do I have to negotiate further to fuck the girls?
For those who may not know, the Veracruz church has been the site of street girls for several centuries.
Veracruz / Botero is my favorite chill spot in the entire world and I'm very well traveled. I love the cultural mix of businessman, homeless, working class and of course the hookers.
300 K with no panties, 200 k+ with panties, I don't think I understand any of of it.

Years ago, I remember Energy near Estadio. It may still be around. They call themselves a massage place, but it was primarily for sex. These places I reported on are not primary about sex.
I get plenty of sex in the comfort of my hotel room following a nice date and not limited to an hour. So I am not looking for that.
This is a different type of experience and it is not for everyone. There are many places around and seem to be doing ok so there must more people like me.

Someone always turns it into a discussion about money and not about quality, service or the experience. It is like when someone posted a review about a restaurant, and imagine the discussion getting hijacked and ends up being about the cost of the bill and not about the quality of the food, ambience, or the service. That would be a shame. Don't you agree?
I don't run or operate these businesses. I'm just a customer like everybody else here. I just don't mind paying as I see a value in it. People that don't see a value in it don't have to partake. If someone wants to travel to Medellin for cheap sex, I'm sure plenty of that is available.
What people should be happy to know about Medellin are the variety of options available and that is a good thing. This forum is about sharing information and not about criticizing one's voluntary choices.

That is one reason why I no longer mention prices anymore. I don't let others dictate how much I spend because it's my money and I'll spend it the way that I would regardless of what others think.
