Success!
after a few not too succesful trips to manila i finally had a great success!
on day one i arrived late, around 10pm to my hotel. had arranged for a dia girl to meet me, had a great session. she came straight to my room, and after a bit of awkwardness agreed we would just spend the night in the room. great deepthroat and bbbj. girls was 22, ex singer in korea. pics coming later.
next day went to pharaoh ktv, they asked me if i wanted manager or assistant manager, don't know what that meant so said i was first timer. later i stared wondering if it would have affected the girl line up.
anyways, was greeted upstairs by mamasan who took me to the fishbowl, many nice girls there, hard to choose, most girls in range 7-9.
after picked my girl, was taken to my ktv room which was quite small and no bathroom, so my hopes of getting extras dropped down. i know from another bro that they have bigger rooms with toilets attached.
but will not give up without a try so was explained the price, room charge was around 3k, but is waived if total spending is more than 3k. lady per hour is 1200, and whiskey red label at around 4k, and black label at around 7k (they had other drinks also).
ordered black label.
my girl was a bit nervous, said she had to get drunk a bit, which i was happy to help with
after a while she got more relaxed and did the first body shot, very nice. then i asked why i got such a small lousy room with no toilet, and if it is possible to have extra. she said it is possible in big room. 5k, then she will tell mamasan to instruct the waiters to stay away and noone enter etc. the room i had, had a door with a window, although it was covered a bit, people could still peek inside from outside, so she said it is not possible to have extra there. thanks to my great charm and persuasion she still went on to do some great bbbj though, although she was very afraid mamasan or someone would see it and she did some very sexy dancing. once she went to toilet, and when she came back she realised she had forgot to put on her panties hahahaha. anyways, was great fun. stayed 3 hours, did not take out, would have been 8k. got her number and she said she would join me after closing hours together with a friend for 3-some, if she did not have customer. so i left without tipping her for the bbbbj! only tipped the waiter 100 and mamasan 500 on instruction from the girl.
after this i went to republic, cause wanted to see it. closing time there was 5pm, so could wait for my pharaoh girl. republic is like a big normal club, like zouk, not much of a pickup wibe there. more of see and be seen place, where you bring your own crew for fun.
at 3pm the pharaoh girl did not respond though, i figured she got a customer and went to burgos at 3. 30pm. at burgos i wanted to test if it is possible to get bbbj in the bar, and it turned out you can. in the place just below bottoms. don't remember the name, i actually got in the back of the place downstairs for 500 tip to a girl and also from a young mamasan! i did not know she was mamasan she only told later, and said that is why she is not allowed. and even for the girl it is not allowed to give in the club. obviously the rules are not too strict, cause as long as they tried to cover it noone seemed to care. tipped both 500 each. agreed to give 1k if they made me cum but they failed, or rather, was hard to concentrate cause where we were sitting there would be guys walking past all the time so i chose to stop it
then went to another bar, found a real gem. 18 years with a half sister of 22, both making out with me and after a couple of body shots, the younger giving me a bbbj! took the 18 year back to my room at 5pm! great session, another deepthroater! will post pics later. gave her 3k, no barfine cause she came after closing hours.
so to summarize my second night, had bbbj's in the ktv, and in two bars in burgos. this is up to your nego skills i believe though, be nice, clean and smell good, and by them a drink, seemed to work for me. or do whatever d cup did.
my cost at pharaoh ended up around 10k with the whiskey and ld. still have half a bottle left.
bonus, the girl from pharaoh texted me later, said she had got a crisis with her mother, but would see me next time. you never know but can always hope.
phils is picking up!

Success?
By your account, at least 12, 000 php was spent that night. You call that success? Maybe you have more money than brains.
And you I am guessing has less money and even less politeness and courtesy.
Forget the naysayers. It's not the money, at least for some of us, but the quality of the experience and how much you enjoyed yourself. It sounds to me like you enjoyed yourself quite a bit.

Depends on how you look at it, boasting how much you spent and how lucky you where to get BBBJ when you spend 5 times more than most of spend to get sex all night. I am really glad you posted your report.

I didn't see it as boasting, but merely as a relative newbie trying to fully describe what he felt was a pretty good time. Each person's definition of what constitutes fun is different I guess.
By your account, at least 12, 000 php was spent that night. You call that success? Maybe you have more money than brains.
My last weekend trip of 3 days cost me p22, 000 plus. I didn't pay a bar fine, didn't pay a hotel bill, but did have many drinks in a few places. Did have many 5 or was it 6 girls (freebies) and spent a little on gifts for them (ok so maybe thats means they werent free, or it could mean I'm a nice generous guy and they always love to see me again and again) , took over 500 photos, spent lots of breakfasts as I always take my overnights for breakfasts, spent a bit on gas, car cleaning, vodka and beers for the apartment and whatever else.
Was it worth it to me. Totally. 20, 00 in 3 days may also be a lot for some but not for others.
Moneys value is relative and the value of money is relative. We all see it in different ways.
Yes I agree it's all relative, till the guy realizes he could have had twice as much fun at half the cost. Still not bad for a newbie, he'll learn the way eventually, or go broke. If you have the money it's your business what you do with it. I will say the damn Koreans are going to ruin the Philippines scene very soon.

Armchair Wannabe?
Hahahahaha. I have worked and vacationed internationally at least 75 times. My favorite armchair is the one at my branch office in Makati. I cringe at the amount of money I have pissed away given my proclivities for women and liquor and I am bass akwards lucky that I or my liver can't hold my liquor anymore. That fact alone makes my trips less expensive.
But never in my most debaucherous days did I spend 12, 000 + running from bar to bar looking for a BJ.
My armchair will be taking me to SJO CR in two weeks. Dammit I hate working in that *****town. Next trip after that will be MNL / Makati.
The wet season is from now (June) until October. This means heavy rain late in the afternoon and evening. I walk to work in Manila but from last week on, I take my golf umbrella because the downpours are torrential and my little umbrella cannot handle it. Most of the rest of the day is fine unless a Typhoon comes thru. Philippines averages about 25 Typhoons per year (June-Oct) of which about 5 hit Manila. Last year I went to Manila airport for an early morning flight after a typhoon and there were no planes on the tarmac. After about an hour they all starting landing as they had spent the night in other places around Philippines not affected by the Typhoon. My flight was only delayed 2. 5 hours. I have also been caught a couple of times out in the islands of Philippines when a typhoon has come thru and the boats back do not run for a few days.
If you are a scuba diver, the season is Nov-May. The rest of the year is divable but currents are stronger and visibility is lower. If you are a golfer, then get a mid-morning tee time so you are back before the 4pm rains.
Since Mongering is an inside activity, the only thing you need to worry about is getting wet between bars when bar hopping.
Snow
Yeah, well, historically speaking you may be correct. Based on what I've seen so far this year, might be a little different. Alot of rain up till about 2 weeks ago. I'm talking more about Cebu, but probably the same in Manila. I know they just missed a few typhoons last week. Like I said, I think there is a shift in weather pattern this year due to effects of el nino. Anyways, I stand corrected since you live there you probably know better than me.

In Manila, we had very little rain for months until we caught the tail end of a typhoon last week. Now every afternoon we get a heavy shower.
You been splurging in PHilippines I guess.
The most common and preferred KTVs in Phil are the open area KTVs, so you can sign, serenade your loved one. And flirt girls. Which don't work in Private rooms.
And a twist of it in SIngapore, the open KTVs, are 90% Filipino. And the hookers, though they are, like to be 'courted' and the KTVs are the place to do it.
The Philly bars. 9 out of 10, are licensed as KTVs, though the singing stops late in the evening.
Some fun. When you see a drunk guy singing a tagalog some to his country-girl, when she is sitting with a non-Filipino, and often beer mugs go flying when the BF of the filipina figures out that the song was an invitation song from the Filipino guy.
I think you're right, I was spending way too much money that first trip. Thanks for the info. Do you have a bar recommendation for the Makati area that does karaoke late in the night? Since I work nights, I don't even get started on weekends until midnight. Waking up everyday at 7pm sucks on weekdays, but on weekends I can stay up all night.

Aside from ten minutes worth of heavy rain yesterday, I've not seen any precipitation during my last couple of days in Manila.
