Had a buddy in town for the weekend, we were on la setenta Friday night, and we hit the proverbial jackpot. I am cheap but love my living room, full kitchen, big tv, and queen / king bed. What's the going rate nowadays. I have lived in Laureles and 5 minutes from Lleras. Forgot the town. What's the max I should spend.

Good sex is relatively easy to find but a good Tantra massage which is a sensual massage is much more difficult to find. Any girl can provide sex but finding a girl who has the patience and skills to give a sensual massage is not that easy. If you don't need AC or a hot tub, you should be able to find a nice one bedroom apartment with what you listed for under $75 per day. If you rent for a month, it will be around $1200. Those are prices around Laureles. Poblado is higher. It's been 8 years since I stayed in Poblado, so I don't know how much higher it is there.

I speak very little Spanish and I am old and fat. I have more women than I time when I visit Medellin. There's even the opportunity to date locals who work bakeries, restaurants etc. I prefer the P2P scene because don't need someone 24/7.

On. Your last trip I trying to help a gringo who was looking for wife. In that instance you really need to know Spanish which he did not. I find the many people in Colombia are happy to live there. I went to school with 2 Colombiana's and they returned back home when they were done.

The people who have most problems in Medellin are the gringos who do not have enough money or don't to spend any money. I've got to go to Medellin on a legit business trip and want to go to La Isla for old times sake. It is like getting a regular massage from someone who doesn't know how to give a regular massage. So it is not a good regular massage and it is not a sensual teasing massage. If you want a real massage, you should go to a professional and not expect a happy ending. If you want a sensual teasing massage that may end with a blowjob or regular sex, you need to go to a girl who specializes in such massages and she will know what to do.

This is my longest trip to Medellin. It has been 5 months already and I probably will be here for another 2 months. I left the country in January for a week so I was able to reset the 6 month limit for the year. You could actually extend to a year if you spend the last 6 months here before the end of the year and then leave for a short while and come back the beginning of the next year and that would be a year. I did the online extension after 3 months and it was relatively easy.

The weather is nice except for a lot of rain from time to time. City of Eternal Spring is true.

Food is average. Some guys like it but I think that most of my meals have been average to subpar. If you pay up a bit more, you can get better food. Pizza, hamburgers, fried chicken and pasta are generally your best bets but not the healthiest.

You can rent an Abnb apartment for a reasonable price generally under $1000 per month in Laureles, a bit more in Poblado. It would be cheaper if you rented for the year but most of us aren't going to stay year round so you have to pay a bit more.

As for girls, with some time and effort, you can find the type of girls that you want. Attractiveness is very subjective and girls that are very attractive to you may not be attractive to others and vice versa. Stories about guys and seeing girls who are 9's and 10's are generally true in the eyes of those guys but you may have a different opinion about those girls. I don't worry about other guys think. I just see girls that I find attractive. On a long term trip, you can take your time because there is always tomorrow and the girl who rejects your offer may come back to you later in the month and accept it when the rent is due.

As many long term visitors do, I prefer to have a rotation of regular girls. I think a good number is 5 to 7. It gives you diversity and reliable performance. Young attractive girls who provide a solid GFE performance in bed for a reasonable price, no complaints here.

Medellin can be dangerous with many reports of robberies and druggings. I would not dismiss the concerns. You just have to be aware of your surroundings and to take precautions. So far so good for the past 5 years or so of visits to Medellin but I try not to be complacent.

I think Medelllin and Colombia generally can be good place for guys to visit for a long trip. I do miss great food so I do look forward to my next trip to Southeast Asia!
