The BF's are lower after certain hour in the night. I forget the time but later in the night like every other place the later the night the lower the BF. The BF does NOT change ever. HOWEVER there is a lower BF for multiple days... if you take a girl out for a week there is a lower rate, it is the late night price if I remember right. But I think it is three day you take a girl out you get the late night BF rate per day.
Now the price the girl asks for her time can change. Can be lower or higher, if she has had many customers and not need the cash or feel up to going out she can ask a higher amount. If it is late, if she likes you, if she is desperate for cash of course she can ask whatever she wants. That is always between you and the girl and LL will not get involved in that.
Some girls have many customers and sponsors and such and they can say they never change their rates. But this isn't the BF. This is solely between you and the girl.

it's funny, after my first visit to tulip i left exactly with your same negative feelings, while now it is one of my favorite places in bkk.

third, the hygiene thing. personally i don't use the pillow. i roll my own towel and put it under my neck. however i have never seen stains on the sheets even if a lot of oil (and god only knows what else) is used during the sessions. so i presume that the sheets are changed after every customer. there are always 2 or 3 cleaning ladies on duty and they do not spend all their time bringing in the drinks and peeping at our dicks (i know they do.). anyway if someone instead knew for sure that the sheets are not regularly changed, please. i don't want to know it.
concerning the girls, if you think about that rationally, they cannot be less than clean. they are thai (hygiene & good smell addicted). they take at least 10 showers a day and, probably also for this reason, they do it together with their customers. i always help them with hot water and baby soap with particular care for their hot spots.
