Being overcharged is rare and a "honor" reserved for few bobos who obstinately do not want to inquiry first what are the current rates for most common itineraries.

(FYI: 6 k for Centro-Bocagrande, 20 k for Bocagrande-Airport incl. 2 k tip).

The only pitfall is at night from Opera / Espace to Bocagrande. They know you are going to spend a lot with the girl and you spent a lot already in drinks, so that they tend to not accept to get only 6 k. Just negotiate and balance.
