You have to remember a lot of them were once hookers themselves so they know how to push the right buttons. If they know you're new / unfamiliar with the place, they'll charge you anything up to 100, 000 won (I've never heard of anyone being charged more, except if you want more than one girl, multiple pops etc). The key is to always counter offer (I've gotten as low as 60, 000 before) and in my case 99% of the time, they'll happily accept 70, 000 won. Just say that's all you have.

Also, the shop windows are blacked out, so in some cases you don't get to see the girls before you pay, don't be afraid to walk out if you don't find any of them attractive. The blacked out windows and lack of cars allows the establishments to service foreigners with little fear of being found out, unlike 588, Cheonho, Suwon and other RLDs where the girls just pretend that you don't exist to keep the locals happy. Even when I understood zero Korean I still got serviced at Gireum. A lot of the ajummas speak some English (basic words, numbers etc). Speaking Korean is only a bonus, most girls don't speak English and will assume you don't speak Korean. The key is your body language and demeanor, smile and relax, and the girls are more likely to be comfortable (or at least pretend to be) during the session.

What's goin on fellas? I'm a hill irregular, but the recent posts about Mi Young caught my eye.
