New bridge Cebu City to Mactan
I wasn't aware there was a third Cebu City to Mactan bridge (connects to Cordova on Mactan see map below) that was slated to start development this month (July) with completion date 2020.

But any saving in time of navigating through Mandaue to the current bridges might be lost in navigating from Cordova to the airport. Cordova just seems an odd place to connect to on Mactan given the distance from Lapu Lapu city and the airport.
Diving is good 30 minutes by Boat from Mactan
Mactan itself is not worth diving or even snorkelling, but Nalusan and Hinantungan Islands just offshore are both quite good. 300 Piso per head sanctuary fee for each.
How much did you pay for banca?

So if Mango is declining what do you suggest?
Arrived the other week, with fear of the outcome for pick ups, Mango Square is desolate Yikes fear for its future, but still managed to be approached twice within 10 minutes offering services +the usual touts, also trie the collinade during the day and found some willing ladies so it is not all gloom.
Bo,s coffee Ayala try and get a seat has WR made it to popular
Ok coming to Cebu soon. MO was daytime hit the malls and Ayala, nightime hit Mango. Seems like Mango is going downhill fast so what do you suggest?
Prefer FL and places where I can have a beer and interview prospective partners. Seems like the new J ave is disappointing.
El Gecko and Allstar bar. Better options?
Or are the bars at Mango still my best bet although will be expecting to pay 3000 for bar girl as opposed to 1500/2000 for FL.
Any feedback appreciated.
