Hi,
The management is always responsive but unfortunately the reception / mamasan is not management and more often than not, feedback and complaints are not put through to management. Therefore it is always better to feedback to us direct through email or sharing at forum. We always welcome feedback of any kind be it good or bad as long as it is constructive.
In fact, we also asked the reception to be frank and only recommend ladies who we know are good providers.

The last high-end type fish bowl massage place I ever went to was Darling. After that, I decided to never do one of those type places again.
Some older Japanese or Korean dude in a suit greeted me at the door and just started firing off prices.
You pay first. Then the service was lousy and the girl want more money to kiss. Never again.
But, what do you expect from picking a girl through a glass window, never talking to her, having no idea if she is nice and what type services she provides.

Mango and Snow White for me. I went to Tulip recently to try Opor and she was great. Tried to rebook and her card was full.
Never been to Darling but I do enjoy LaBelle. Love the girls at Nataree but get sick every time I go there from the cold water and bad a / see.

I don't think each unhappy customer has to fill an email report to Mr Management (and how the customer does know a complain email goes to Mr Management?)
The Management should be happy already If someone reports back to the Mamasan. That is already a good effort from the customer side. Majority of unhappy customers would simply walk out, never come back again and eventually spread non positive comments around.
It is a good effort for the MP to participate to ISG, but on daily basis the mamasan should be the one collecting feelings and feedbacks from customers.

Its not fair to judge hundreds of Soapy places based on Darling. Soapy fans do not generally use Darling.
Maybe you chose Darling hoping for hardcore. Soapies are generally not PSE but Annies may PSE girls.

The reception person may be able to suggest girls and give some advice on the girls (acting as a mamasan) , but it hardly makes them "management". The receptionist may tell some girl off who is not doing the right thing but not empowered totally like a manager. The receptionist could be just another girl temporarily taking on a different role helping to man the desk. Maybe your definition of a mamasan is a manager, but that is not a correct one.
Not all mamasans in bars have management powers. A bar may well have one manager and several mamasans.
An alternate name for a mamasan/papasan in a Soapy is a "cheer person". Someone who answers questions about girls, recommends, facilitates calling the girl, and takes you to the payment desk. If he/she is the girl's manger, we call that a Pimp.
