Chicago has a scene, but it has never been as good in my opinion as those three cities and L. A. Of course none of them are as good as major European cities or Montreal or Toronto, but they all have their place. Let's face it, most Americans travel to American cities more often than overseas, and for the foreseeable future it is all Americans will have. So we might as well get used to it.

A totally rational actor would consider travel time, travel expense, etc in the mental calculus and figure a comparable 500 dollar Vegas provider is cheap by comparison to a 350 dollar one in London that requires so much more effort and time.

But enter the right brain. Once you know what you can get for what, you feel insulted otherwise. That a burger costs 14 dollars in Disneyland does not make you feel it's any less overpriced. You know you're paying for location / access / convenience. And you kinda resent it. Just saying.

I believe, the Americans have the honey pot!! Brazil & Colombia. And off course the other Latin American countries.

Have been only to Colombia, I will easily skip Europe for Latin America. Cheap, less attitude better service and finally beauties! Flesh at right places.

The below is my opinion.

East Asian -- Thai / Vietnam / etc.

You will be treated like a baby, they will try to please you as much they can.

Europe -- East and West.

Business like. You pay for the service and time, if the girls finds a little interest you, then you might feel at home!

Most everywhere in Europe, on a price-adjusted basis, is better than anywhere in the United States. However, for those living in the USA, foreign travel is simply not possible.
