I agree that at LaBelle the folks that are facilitating the process are not managers. They are hosts. In a small shop there is someone that is marking who was late, taking complaints, responsible to make sure the clean towels arrive on time, have to make sure the cash is all accounted for, whatever. In a beauty shop there will be someone that is responsible to see that everything is moving along smoothly. Call it what you want, team leader / mamasan / pimp, but they are the ones responsible to the managers above them. Team leaders manage their team, manage the process. If they aren't doing so, then they are useless. Since they exist we will assume they aren't mean to be useless. Hence they are management. Low level management. Sure. But If the shit hits the fan on their watch they are responsible. If EZ doesn't have someone in that type of position when the actual management isn't on-site or they haven't explained to this person that they are responsible if shit hits the fan, then there will be a problem. Actually, we have already determined that there is a problem in that "feedback and complaints don't always get reported to management". Easy way to solve that. Tell your employee that this is not acceptable. Next time it happens, fire the person.

Any business where the person on the spot is not de facto the manager does not deserve to succeed. If you are dealing with the public then the front of house must be able to take full responsibility in dealing with customers / clients.

EZ indicated how to most effectively make your complaints, quite honestly and realistically. I think they want more constructive complaints. They will ignore those who seem a bit extreme.

Typical prices are FS=1500B BJ=1000B HJ=500B and thats all you should pay to the girl. Thai massage about 300B and Oil 400/450 for 1hr (massage is lame, but.) and you pay that downstairs.

As as I said, ALL are Happy Ending places. The girl will ask for more, but they will come down to the prices above or less if you are a cheap charlie like me LOL! There are some lookers in these shops and I have had many a good time. In fact I might go just now LOL!

I work off shore and live in Bangkok on my days off, until recently my partner didn't work but she has gone back to work which leaves me some free time during the day, what I've seen so far there doesn't seem to be much to play with daytime, nana bars aren't really my thing, so I was chasing advise if the places around soi 23 are worth giving a go. Only reason I mentioned one above the other was to justify the area and type of mp I'm wanting to learn about. Even if the answer is 2 words ie worth it or not worth. I've got things I can post on other threads from years ago but not sure they would be relevant nowdays.

She offered the usual happy ending HJ for 500 baht, but then started to upsell for FS at 2000 baht (if I remember the price well). I settled for the HJ and she happily obliged. I'm sorry I forgot her name, but this kind of service is rather standard and you will have no problem in getting it from any massage girl in Soi 23.

For those concerned about their privacy, they have private massage rooms with showers. So no or little risk to meet your fellow mongers in the nude on the way to the shower or to get distracted by sexy noises of your neighbour! The place was clean and seemed well run. "MM Massage is a good little shop a short walk down Suk Soi 23 from Soi Cowboy. It's right across from the entrance to the Tai-Pan Hotel. I stopped in there several times in the past two weeks. Once for an in-house Thai massage, and then once to pick a lady to come to my hotel room for an oil massage. The shop service was good. The room service was excellent. All very [i]special[/i]. There are a few pretty ladies working there. No flash or pretension, just bored smiles these days as business is slow. If you are looking for a new place and some new faces you might try this shop."

There was also some poster a year or two back that was hitting many of the low cost out of the way MP places and he said he was finding a lot of hidden gems. Second, much of these threads are populated by old timers playing thread tennis and batting remarks to and fro.

Third, few mongers post on here about MPs other than the well trodden well worn MPs.

Fourth, in fact the population posting on here with up-to-date experience is small.

Fifth, there is a constant changing population of WGs in the small MPs so that comment other than on the basic facilities is rapidly out of date.

All this explains why you will get limited help.

All of us have to experiment; in fact on my last trip having played at Annies (always worth it) , EZ (1) and Mango I did try a small MP on the way to Chid Lom where I had a great massage and FS.

WhenI had expected HE best.

So go try the first MP on the left on Soi 23 (or right) and report back. We could all benefit from a review of more places.
