Last week during weekdays I had some time to check the scene during Ramadan.
After having a heavy dinner at the Iranian restaurant at Emirate Concord because of walking distance I went to Red Square at Hotel Moscow at about 10:30.
The security guy read the rules of Ramadan and I looked at him like I am a fool for about 15 seconds then he decided let me in (100 entrance fee + 1 free drink).
The place was dead, only 3 girls and 5 men (2 played pool), had my free drink and waited until 11:10 when the girls was 12 and men about 10 seems not getting better so that was enough for me jumped in a taxi headed Premier.
The security guy at Premier didn't bother at all (95 entrance fee no free drinks).
Inside they divide the standing area diagonally into tow parts so no circling is possible. The second bar at the right corner is also closed and some tables for 2 are added.
There were about 35 ~ 40 girls (between 3~5 from 10) from PRC, CIS, Africa while the number of guys was about 15.
I took one of the tables and ordered a drink.
The security guy at Kubu evaluated me but before he starts telling me the rules I said I know it is Ramadan and with a little doubt in his face he let me in.
It was packed (as you know it is a small place) but quality was good and the f/m ratio was about 65%.
So far the business is pretty down during Ramadan and it is the security who decides to let you in or not.

It has a lot to do with how experienced you are.
Girls can tell the difference between newbies and guys that know the score.
My info on general rates were meant as a guide for the newer guys.
By old.. I mean over 50 looking. (I know some guys that are that age but still look much younger)
By ugly, I mean... ugly. Ugly can be either you smell bad, look dirty, dress like a bum, have no teeth left, have a unibrow, you are too hairy, you are morbidly obese... so many things that girls notice. If they don't like you or find you repulsive prices will be higher.
I cant stress how important it is to these girls if you are clean looking and smell nice. They do appreciate it.
I've had many girls tell me about how bad some guy smells or how he "dresses like a beggar".

Not saying you can't get ladies for lower, but if you want the fitter looking PI's I think I'm pretty accurate.
Also.. if you have the patience to wait til closing, they will usually agree to a lower price as you know. But this is out of desperation.

This is more specific to PI girls. PRC's are not so picky and just look at it as business.
If you want to just go in, see a girl you like and leave with her after a couple of drinks and minimum bullshit, I still think 500 for ST for a good looking PI is what you will face most of the time.
By ST with PI girls, thats at least 3 hours.
Also depends on your personality. If you are confident and charming enough and can make the girls feel comfortable and get them laughing at some stupid jokes in the bar.. you can do well for 400 or 500 for all night. But chances are she may not be the best looking girl in the place.
The again, everyone has their own standards so this is subjective. Your idea of cute and mine might be very different.
If you are able to walk in to a bar, pick a real stunner PI WG (Not a civillian) and take her home for 400 LT... teach me how to do it!
Of course, on the second and third dates with a stunner, you can probably negotiate lower than the first time if she likes you.
For example... I just got offered a freebie last night. I have been with this girl only on 2 occasions so far. Once in a 3some situation with her friend, and last weekend when she fell in love with me. :)
I did turn it down in the end because my adventures will come to a close shortly, and I dont want to get too familiar with anyone this time.
Another thing... if you are a resident (and you seem to be one), you can build up a stable of regulars and this will cost a lot less than what they will charge first timers or guys here on short visits staying in 5 star hotels.
Before deciding to go steady with my GF and quit playing around, I had quite a good choice of regulars that I would juggle as well. Many times they would be freebies or I would give em small inexpensive presents or just take them out for a nice dinner from time to time.
The guy I was replying to seemed to be here only for a short time, so... no time to negotiate and build up relationships with WG's as a resident like you can.

This offer came from an ad I placed a few weeks ago looking for non-WG Indian girls, and I've already dismissed the several time-waster replies (usually stupid guys with too much time on their hands). Over a series of emails (plus a bit of cyber-snooping by me), I think this one may be genuine. We shall see.

Seriously I do know a few couples like this (Indians including) just make sure they dont take pictures as from my expereience of Inadian couples - few and far between but I also move in swinger circles who do know them better - they can be indiscrete. I dont mean a Gulf News spread but they are known to talk about their adventures very openly in the swing community, sometimes far too openly for comfort.

A few red flags:
When she spoke on her cell, she did not speak in Russian, though it didn't sound like Arabic either.
She claimed to be an Arabic Christian from Lebanon (w/ a Russian/Eastern European sounding accent), who is here from Lebanon for 3 months (has been here for 1). Her mother is sick in the hospital, and she wants to open up a beauty parlor someday. This is all fine and dandy, everyone has a story with varying degrees of truth, but I am guessing this is a similar story to those told throughout Dubai elsewhere.
It was her Birthday (of course) and she wanted an extra tip as present, upfront. She got a call during the ride to my hotel from her "sister" in which she mentioned my hotel name, while saying that her sister was calling from Lebanon to wish her a Happy Birthday.
The evening was very rushed, she did not want to shower, and her "roommate" was suddenly calling her from the front of the hotel for a room key to her place. She became offended when I said this was very unusual, and almost became indignant when she said she promised LT, and of course she'd follow through.
She left her number and claimed that she wouldn't have given it to me if she did not plan on returning (I can't provide it as I destroyed the paper it was written on)
She left my room about 30 minutes ago with a fair amount more than the avg reported going rate here for CIS companionship, I do not expect her back, could have fought over the "deal" but figured it would be better to cut losses and call it a night. Lesson learned, I don't see myself returning to the 'snake anytime soon. But if any of you venture there and run into her, approach with caution.
