Asking what I assume will be called a dumb question. But it's been roughly a year since I've been to MDE, so I'm asking those with boots on the ground within the last month. (I've been frequenting Tijuana quite a bit this year and have found a good process that works well for me there. But paisas are my weakness!

But before you judge me, I do NOT pay the prices quoted here. I have no problem saying no. I imagine the prices being quoted are paid by newbs. Gusto is a relatively safe place for a new gringo. And I have to believe they have either no negotiating skills or are uncomfortable negotiating. Regardless, it is their money and I do not care.
My question: how has the crackdown impacted the bars adjacent to the parque? From everything I read, it's all about the park itself and the overt behavior. Frankly, I do hope they clean it up some. Ship the passport bros back! But curious if the powers that be have any interest in the bars. Or if the quality and quantity has declined. (I can imagine a reality where a crackdown could actually favor the buyer when you consider supply and demand, but that's an overly simplistic view.).

Of the nine spas you list, I have some experience (albeit limited) with the first four of them: Bendito, Happy, Oasis, and Mandare.
To answer your two questions about the quality experienced at each:
Mandare definitely had the best looking chicas (and, as I recall) the largest selection as well. But not dolled up to La Isla standards. (I'm back in the US drawing on my memories from my annual, extended visits to Medellin each winter and summer.)
In respect to the sensuality of the service, I think that has more to do with the individual masajista, than with the establishment itself.
I don't think you can get a Nuru massage from any spa in Medellin that would compare to what's offered in the Far East or a good Asian Massage Parlor in the US. But Mandare does try to create a sensual atmosphere, and they were unique among the four in utilizing heated oil for the body to body portion of the massage.
My memory is dim, but I think I have received super sensuous, creative, differently styled happy endings at each of those four spas.

Where I differ: I will give a little on looks. I'd gladly settle for a 7 or 8 if it means added sensuality or connection. So, obviously, much of this is subjective.
Most sensual: Happy. And it's not even close in my book.

I've been to Manizales a couple of times due to its vibrant university scene, but overall it wasn't for me. This was pre-Covid. I stayed around 3-4 days each time. So my experience is very dated, and I'm a party animal and I hung out around the El Cable neighborhood. I can say for a fact there were lots of naturally looking beautiful young ladies all over the place.
Being a Chino in my 30's back then, speaking fluent Spanish, and having sufficient experience with the Paisa culture, I thought I had it in the bag. But nothing could be further from the truth.
