1 - would say that 400 k still gives you slim to no chance at a couple of these places. Without disclosing too much, one of my ATFs worked at one of these places and has since ventured out on her own and started her own casa. Her former employer strictly forbid anything beyond he. I know her fairly well outside of the hobby and, though you never know, I do trust her. Most girls honored those rules.
2 - Some of those places will certainly bite at 400 k. But again, YMMV. I've had BBFS for no extra tip. And CFS after she asked for an undisclosed amount of an "extra tip".
3 - Why I'd advise NO ONE to expect anything beyond a sensual he: avoid disappointment. When you go to these places that have rules forbidding it, you are setting yourself up for disappointment and you might not appreciate what is otherwise a great experience. I'm speaking from experience. When I go in, I am expecting an above average massage, a very sensual cuerpo a cuerpo, and a manual finish. I expect nothing more. If something transpires, that's gravy. But for me, hoping or expecting for more ruins the basic, agreed upon service.
4 - Lastly, at 400 K, that's an overpay, in my opinion. Most of these "nuru" places are already charging far more than other MDE casas. Quality is definitely higher, but a 400 K tip puts the total bill over $200 USD. I do not mind paying for quality but that's a steep price by MDE standards. Would I pay that? Maybe, if every star aligned. But I would not go in planning on it.
I don't think you need to make prior arrangements to find wing men. New Life, Parque Lleras, La Isla & Fase II are all places where you would have to go out of your way to avoid guys looking for running buddies.

I just left and will be going back for Halloween. Gustos is still packed with women, and they're starving for business. The street is absolutely crazy, with about a 50-to-1 ratio. Its Definitely a buyer's market.

I don't go to these massage spots just due to the cost. I travel to smash, not to get a massage whether it is good or bad, and def not just paying for a he.
