I missed you by couple of days. Had a great time in Cebu as well. Not a great writer as you are but would point out couple of things I experienced.

Exclusively used DIA. While it worked out for me with a few great relationships it is a time burner and be aware of scams too.

One scam is for paying for taxi to meet. (couple of hundred pesos is not much but when it gets to 500 be aware).

Second one is for transportation to meet you from outside Cebu.

Third and big one. One girl I met in a coffee shop supposedly 21 showed me an ID with date of birth Jan 2000 crossed out with Jan 2001.

I go with friends but never partake.
