I always hear about the good old days and how hot the girls were. Wondering if you guys mind sharing some photos here of girls from 10, 15, or even 20 years ago. No nudity required. I'm a face guy so want to compare if the faces of the girls from the good old days are truly better looking than what I see around now.

I don't think the faces were any better, but far less plastic surgery. However, the gals were thinner 20 years ago. You were hard pressed to find a big one. Now, fatties abound. Less junk food and fewer sweets. Thais in general are much heavier. The instance of diabetes has skyrocketed.

Talking with the locals. They do acknowledge their parents are taking medicines / insulin to control it but they do not believe themselves are vulnerable and will not change their habits, even after advising them it can be passed by heredity.

High sugared drinks and coffees and cakes, donuts, ice cream and everything else. Thais are addicted to that stuff. My GF wanted Bubble Tea all the time. With all of the processed foods Thais eat and the high sugar content on the drinks, they will have to pay for it in the near future.
Yes you see many overweight school kids and young working class office girls. It's a pity.

And the food at 7 is loaded with sugar as is most of the junk food in Thailand. The diet is very different from when I moved here almost 20 years ago. Thais were thin then; they are not now.
