Essentially, it's the same 200 usd per hour that I was paying back in 2017 when I first came to Moscow. But if you live here permanently, it might be considered expensive.

That is expensive by any standard except maybe the American, Luxemburg and Switzerland. 200 usd is a lot of money for a 1 hour session even for most western "rich" countries (just look at the average gross wage in Europe for example).
