This sounds like the guy 4 years ago, who set off security alarms, after bringing through food for his Air Asia Flight to BKK. Funny incident. Wouldn't spend $30 HK on food while flying. What most don't realise is that he was a regular on weekends at Laguna. And was notorious for only wanting to have fun in the toilet because he wouldn't pay 150 to go to Ming Court.

There is actually a special term for such activities. Not really my cup of tea but I have seen as much. In the US and on US airlines, the food one can get take-out from most terminal restaurants are much better than in-flight meals. It is also not uncommon to have an on-time-departure but sit on the tarmac for 2-3 hours. In fact, several months back, a fellow traveler shared his overstuffed sandwich with me because I had a tight connection did not pick up anything. We ended up waiting 3 hours on the tarmac. The sandwich was much better though I made sure he did not pack his lunch like Han.ni.bal Lecter.

Was in HK for the day for some meetings but cleverly didn't over extend myself with those.

Found myself free around lunchtime and a super cute Indonesian with whom I'd be chatting told me she would be free for an hour. We met in CWB and could only get to starbucks for some mild touching under the table (yeah like teenagers) followed by a nice long long long kiss in CWB subway station.
