Gabacho, in my view, represents the difference between a tourist and a long-term resident. If your goal is to visit a country for sex tourism for 2 or 3 weeks at a time and wipe your hands clean after leaving to return to life back home, his experiences are not really relevant. Surely I can afford an 80,000 peso taxi from the airport. (Afterall, I just spent 200,000 on lunch yesterday and 200,000 at the bowling alley the day before.) But I choose to get a 14,000 peso bus from the airport. Me getting the bus is not saying that I can not afford the taxi. Is you getting the 80,000 peso taxi saying you can not afford a rental car for 200,000? Or do these assumptions of people not being able to afford things only begin and end with the price one pays for a hooker?

Because maybe a person is neither in a position to travel if they are not staying in the El Cielo Hotel. But I see no attempted shaming about what people are [B]choosing[/B] to pay for a place to lay their head, only for a place to stick their dick.
