Ok we know Indonesians can bring a certain exoticness to the table / bed but can alsobe super sweet on ocassions.
Was in HK last weekend bonking a sweet girl, and of course sometimes they get "attached" to you. Strange cause they are one of the cleaner bars in Wanchai.
I know it is the only bar in Wanchai that has indirect connections to Triads.

Maybe I was there too early (10-11. 30pm on a Friday night) , but it was fairly empty. At least you can sit at the bar and have a relaxing drink. Pretty quickly you will be approached by a mamasan and offered a girl, some of which are very tasty and others of which have seen better days. Girls are from Philippines and here on two week visas so pressure is on them to make a buck. The first one brought over claimed to be a TV star, about which we were of course cynical however a google search confirmed she has been in TV dramas and in FHM. Not sure how long ago, a bit of Jollibee around the middle now but she was still tasty.
Perhaps a good option for those not too concerned about budget and want somewhere quieter and less in your face than Escape or the other Neptunes.
Nep 3 has a strong Phillipine presence.
Couple of things.
1) Gets more Asian guys which is why there are few Indo ladies.
2) Some guys find Nep 3 to be too pushy. Especially Waiting / staff and Mamasan.

She is very pushy but if you make it clear you are only in for a drink (at first anyway) , she will "back-off" and leave you. Regulars tend to be left alone until they want to make a move.

It's just my experience & I think some of my good fortune was down to being gentle & polite. YMMV. However I was impressed by the cleanliness, privacy, feeling of safety & the attitude of the staff.
The prices I posted in my initial report were for massage only, the rest was a tip to the girl.
Good Luck if you do try it, maybe worth calling them to find out more about the pricing structure, sorry it's a bit sketchy.

You pay $438 but does that mean full service. You wrote you did with one girl and not with the other girl.
You then write that you visited a few days later and saw a different girl - But only got oral.

You only mentioned $438, not how much tip you paid. This is crucial information.
Was fucking offered, or did you have to mention it, and if so did she readily agree or did it seem like a YMMV situation? Again, crucial information.
Did they have condoms ready? Was BJ BB or C? Was CIM available?

1) To give back to a forum I have previously benefited from.
2) Because I was really impressed with the service.
I have tried to be as detailed as possible but the feedback so far seems judgmental & negatively critical, for some it appears to be too long, for others it lacks information.
For me it is beginning to feel like a meaningless test in accountability.

You visited a massage type parlour type of place. Some are straight massage, some give hand relief, some give BJ, some give provide full service.
Its not like you got an escort / bar girl where full service is a given.
