If you have only 12 hrs, then take a cab, come to Liberty Plaza at Kolpitiya (an area in Colombo, 1 hr drive from airport). Look for the direction of the "center" called The Ambassador in the previous posts.

I think I can guess where this is. I have sent you a PM. The photo is from their website. You can't see the face of the masseuse, but I suppose it could be a female. The cost quoted on the website is Rs.1500. It will be good if it is the same for foreigners and locals, but it might be Rs.1000 for locals. The extras mentioned by NFD are probably not available on a first visit.
