Taxis are cheap but at times can be less flexible so I have a car (small SUV) but others I know have motorbikes (not for me, hate them even as a passenger I am very uncomfortable). Selling the bike / car. It will last as not used for super long journeys IMHO. Always find a buyer issue is the price.

Then I talked to the landlord and it went to 20 k a month direct with no Airbnb involvement.

I have seen bikes for sale for under 20 k as well or you can rent them here for less than 3 k p a month. If you can buy one for about the same cost per month as a rental just drive it to the airport and walk away or give it to someone as a tip.

You actually have to be on the ground to get the good deals. They are not advertised except with hand written signs posted on a pole of fence somewhere. It takes a while to find them and to even know where to look. My cost per month is around half what it was 3 years ago. Part is that I am in a province but now I shop local markets, eat local foods, live simpler. (and no longer over pay for pussy).

During the strict lockdown when it was just survival living, rent and food not much else, I was under 40 k p for a few months. You could have live in pussy for 50 k to 60 k p a month all included. I had similar costs in Indonesia and believe that you can do it in Thailand as well for in that range. Especially outside of the major cities.

With Pina love I get plenty of messages after being on there 4 years. It helps keep track of who you have chatted with. The biggest issue is the 10 minute cycle between messages on the free account. If you are in no hurry its not such an issue but if you are on the ground trying to get meetings its more of a problem. I block a lot of girls that I look at but not interested in just to cut down on who I view. You can write messages to the popular girls by sending a message to a girl who you can write to. After that either open the profile for the popular girl or refresh her page. It should then have the timer for when you can send the next message. Wait for the continue to send message and you can send a message to the popular girl. Obviously its easier to get the direct contact ASAP.

Less chance of crazies and no show cuties IMHO. Once you get a reputation as a nice man albeit horny with cash the girls can refer. Worked for me for years.

Major savings from not staying in tourist ghettos, eating every day at Fridays, shopping only at greenbelt and chain supermarkets. Even the girls can be divided into those that target tourists and new arrivals vs those that seek the longer term residents.
