Thanks everyone for the advise. River will have to wait. As per the recommendations below, I have booked 2 nights in Adelphi Suites (they have a great offer running on Agoda) and for 3 nights, I am confused between Hyatt Regency & Sheraton Grande. Though Hyatt's location is unbeatable but Sheraton Grande looks to be a nicer property with better rooms. Any thoughts on which one to book?
I would be doing a mix of Go-gos & Escorts. Would report back my experiences once I am back.

Both have great locations and are of high standard per reports here. I would choose based on either lowest price or which hotel chain I collect frequent stay points. For me all things being equal, I would chose Hyatt because I prefer to be on the side of Sukhumvit with odd numbered sois. Also the Hyatt is only about 2 years old.

I noticed back in the fall of 2018 when I was last there that the coffee table in my room was stained. That is small potatoes, but it all adds up to a certain kind of vibe. I have over 4 free nights worth of Radisson Points, but I decided to stay elsewhere (the Marriott Park Exec, the Weston, the Hilton on points, the Intercontinental on points, and the Sofitel) on my next big visit.
FWIW, I'm kind of addicted to staying at the Davis Hotel. Nice pool. Good rooms. Right in the middle of Suk. Probably not great for mongers who want a 4 minute walk home, but I like it, and if long term, it's cheaper than many for the quality you get.
If I am asking this it might mean its not for my bankroll but I still want to book a couple of nights at Adelphi Suites for some escorts.
My question is Are they reserving extra money at check in?
I remember staying at Arts Hotel in Barcelona back in 2009 and I think they blocked 300 or 600 euro at check in and they released it after a week or two. But I didn't have extra fees to pay at checkout.

Most would say too far too walk. 700 m walk from Phrom Phong BTS sky train. Davis is in narrow Sois with traffic jams at some times of day. Okay For taxi back from Soi Cowboy or Nana at night. In busy times taxis would use Rama IV, most likely. Being close to Tesco Lotus maybe useful, however I don't really like the location myself.

Sometimes just enough to cover room service (usually its 1000 PHP in MNL, or about £15) and usually no more than the one night room rate. The Arts Hotel in Barcelona is ridiculous in overcharging though so it doesn't surprise me to hear of that kind of deposit fee.
Not sure whether you meant this, but if you're literally just getting a hotel to fuck escorts then I would not bother going big. Stay in a nice hotel because you want to, not to impress them. I always remind myself that, despite being fairly successful compared to the population, the hottest gogo girls have most likely been with / met multi millionaires so anything I can offer isn't going to be better than anything they've seen already.
Although I have never stayed at the Davis it looks like an interesting hotel. Syzygies is correct, obviously, that it is located near the southern end of Soi 24 and for some this location would eliminate it from consideration, but I kind of like the relaxed residential Soi 24 neighborhood. I have stayed many times at the Marriott Park which is a 1. 5 blocks north of the Davis and never felt too inconvenienced.
To that point; from the Marriott it takes around 8 minutes to walk to Sukhumvit, but Soi 24 is a thru street connecting Rama IV and Sukhumvit so there is a continuous flow of motorcycle taxis that run up and down it all day and most of the night. It is very cheap and convenient to jump on one of these transports to ride to Sukhumvit in under a minute. The taxi guys prefer not to leave Soi 24, so it costs a bit more to have them go to Cowboy, but I have done it when I didn't feel like messing with the BTS which is getting to be how I feel more and more. It's a trip, man! 555. Four or five minutes of cheap thrills. I also take motorcycle taxis from the Marriott Park to La Belle and the MRT Station nearby by way of Soi 38 to Phetchaburi. This is a very fast route and does away with the Asok traffic snarl when I want to go north. And in addition, heading to and from Patpong in a taxi is straight shot via Rama IV.
Fellas, a simple question. I'm considering the two for a potential visit next month, and would appreciate your feedback (especially on the Conrad, since I'm a little concerned about the location).
For me, Landmark wins on location: right around the corner from NEP, walking distance to Thermae, and not too far from Cowboy. It's a quality hotel, a quality pool, an excellent gym. I like that it is not intimate at all, and I can wander freely without the fear of prying eyes. I mean, there are eyes, but it's not a particularly personal hotel. And I like that.
However, I have Diamond status with Conrad, and so I may well get an upgrade at the Conrad, plus the free breakfast and all the other goodies that come with status. I've never stayed at the Conrad, and it looks a tad out of the way. Previous reports on ISG suggest the location is fine (not great), and the hotel works for what we all do here.
But your thoughts and advice would be most appreciated.

The gym in the Conrad is subpar (IMHO), but I like the Conrad breakfast and executive lounge a lot better.

I don't find the walk from the Davis up to the BTS station to be too onerous although it's a long walk and if I had someone in high heels with me I'd get a taxi. If you have the extra cash to splash for the diplomat suites there at the Davis they are extraordinary rooms with a jacuzzi spa you can do laps in, or take 2, 3 or even 4 friends in with you.

I thought would be difficult to get to Nana by taxi from Conrad due to one way roads and right hand turn restrictions. Perhaps you can explain how the taxis get there? I always thought of Conrad as a high class hotel with but difficult location. Google Maps suggests taxi has to go up to Phetburi road, a big detour. Would actually be quicker to walk to Nana Plaza as only about 1 km by foot. The return trip by taxi is far easier and direct.

The return trip by taxi is far easier and direct.[/QUOTE]Time is a relative term, but if you are impatient going from the Conrad to NEP try catching the taxi or motorbike in Soi Ruam Ruedi, which you can access through the shopping which is next door to the Conrad.
