depends, depends, depends.
depends if there are any locals in the bar. depends if you are a regular customer and they know you. depends if you are asking multiple girls and the mamasan for specific barfine information. depends on the gossip going around in cebu about raids. depends if you brushed your teeth and used underarm. depends if you are an old horny devil and you need depends so you don't [CodeWord140] your pants.
alot of bars in cebu are nervous these days. the raids are becoming more frequent and sometime the reason is **** and sometime it's license issues, and not just the payoff problems of old.
also look towards the front door when you are inside a bar in cebu. if there's a red light flashing it usually means its "code red" and no barfine activity is discussed. usually it's because there are locals in the bar who could be undercover. or it could mean i am in the bar and have pissed my pants, either way it's just another day in the queen city of the south.
enjoy cebu.
its all over for cebu, as long as ijm is around and they have more dollars than bars owners can think of paying off local cops.

in 2010, ijm's project lantern reviewed[13] its programs in cebu, phillipines, supported by the bill and melinda gates foundation[14] and concluded that there were 79% fewer minors in the sex trade in cebu than before the program started, over 200 minors were rescued, over 700 law enforcement officials were trained, and over 100 traffickers were charged. in 2011, ijm stated that they had worked with local authorities to free over 2500 bonded laborers in the indian states of tamil nadu and andra pradesh since 2001.
these guys are sponsored by bill gates and us government of all people and they have millions and millions of dollar to play with. the ceo, presidente is a farang. who is a laywer and a hardcore christian. hahaha. no chance in hell now, it would be that easy anymore.

its all about business and the more number they show, the more money they get. don't bet on local undercover, the recent raid on liza pub in mandaue was carried out by andrey sawchenko, looks like an eastern european on a mission.

i think it would be regular occurrence in cebu. more like every other month. 2000 pesos and there are plenty of farangs who would rat out like in pattaya during the raid. after a while they won't even need an excuse, they will just create one and raid. its all good business for them
