Congratulations on a very fine first report KN - let me second Ortos' comments and questions.

Miami, I don't know where this is - down the road from the Holiday Inn I imagine but please confirm the coordinates. ( Ahhh, the brain cells are slowly kicking in and I may remember seeing the club from the outside, please do confirm the location for us KN)

Ambassador, yes I do know and it is down the street from the Holiday Inn. I mentioned it in an earlier report. My visit was very uninspiring. Drab, very dark and very low level girls facing away frm the assembled punters when dancing for good reason - which was only me on my visit - the first FSU'er that approached me set the tone - on my scale which Ortos has some familiarity with she was a mid to lower "C" Team member and right off the scale. I literally fled the scene shortly after finishing my beer. It was laughable, they were asking CYP 130 for these (not) beauties.

Allow me to paste in my paragraphs on my earlier Ambassador visit and report and another club around the corner for reference:

'There are also a couple of clubs around the Holiday Inn area. In the interest of research dropped in. Very down market – one, the Ambassador, on the street running from the Holiday Inn- Rigainis I believe. Downstairs small and very dark, girls dancing at a pole but always facing away from the guests when dancing and sitting at the bar and in leather couches. Had a beer on the couch. When a couple of the girls came over for a drink, I could see why they kept it very dark. Frightening – EE girls but very bottom of the barrel. Visions of Imparator dancing in my head – I left hurriedly. Sometimes you have to take one for the team – be warned.

Around the corner in a side street close to Holiday Inn is a similar one, can’t or don’t won’t to remember the name – on Vasileiou Voulgaron ? (spelling) street . Downstairs again – not as dark but dark – poor quality of girls with 4 of them – 2 of them Chinese one the better looking of the pack. Interesting bartender/manager – had two beers with him – no interest in the girls who couldn’t even dance properly. Couple of elderly locals arrived – felt up the girls heavily, had a beer and then left – looked to be a regular activity from the girls’ reaction. So did I (got up and left) and headed for the Elysee, as above. As I said – in the interests of research you gotta do it – Avoid them.'

You seem to have uncovered another side, KN, that I certainly didn't. If the quality has raised itself from the floor and there is often a turnover, then the CYP 35 for FS on the spot - and believe me at the Ambassador there were more than a few spots on the furniture then one is compelled to re-examine the situation. If nothing else from the convenience and novelty factor - beats the dreaded 2 or 3 o'clock take out issue.

I will certainly look into this into the not too distant future. From your excellent report, it almost sounds as if this is an option only open to those in the know or as you stumble upon it and it is understandably kept quiet. Or, you are a better researcher on the night than I was - entirely possible too :-)).

Sooner or later, there would possibly be some repercussions from the law as was hinted at concerning Miami.

It also suggests that some clubs are willing to walk a bit on the wild side as business is very slow or at least was late last year when Ortos and I carried out some in-depth inspections. Thanks again, KN and keep posting on the Cyprus scene.

In closing, besides an informative report which is welcomed, I can only repeat again: "Every club visit is a learning experience" and I hope to do some more learning in the near future with Master Ortos. Reports in due course.

Off topic: as a point of information, I have posted to Jackson requesting a sub-thread for Larnaca and a tidy up by moving Larnaca posts to the thread. No urgency, just a request. The Cyprus Board is becoming more active and thank you KN again for contributing.

You know the more I think about it, the practise of private sex in club may be more widespread than we might at first think...just kept quiet amongst regular guests.

Anyway, paying CYP30-35 for one quick somewhat restricted pop does, seem to me, rather a steep price. Esp if you consider that for more or less double that you can have much less restricted and prolonged play overnight in your hotel room lasting until late morning/mid-day.

well i visited miami and ambassador during the 2nd week of january 2007

the chinese girls were not hot except for about two real hotties – they live in an upstairs’ apartment on the road behind the holiday inn close to the “sex shop”

one of the rooms have a mirror ceiling and from the road if you look up you see semi naked girls sleeping during day time or mostly in the evenings around 6.00 pm you can see them getting dressed to go to work but these days less action due to the cold weather but in the summer the windows in the upstairs is always open

there is indeed a red light district in old Nicosia but it is not recomended. You find there mostly old fat and disgusting ladies and I wouln't go near them even if they payed me! There is also a red light district in Limassol. It is located in Heroes Square in the center of the city. But around the same square you may also find a few nice cabarets with top class women.

I hav'nt been in Limassol for over a year, so you know how things work. The girls stay in a cabaret usually three months and then go back home or to another place. So, everything is relative, what is great today may be horrible in six months. Last time I was in the plateia I visited a place which I think it was Maxim to meet a girl I knew from Ukrane. I had to go with her but the other girls in the place were stanning. You have to remember that Limassol has over 40 cabarets which is more of the total of Larnaka and Nicosia and Paphos together. Prices are generally better in Limassol due to competition but as I said I did not visit the place in ages. There are also some great places in the tourist area including the legendary Mirage (which may be closed now).

After reading many inspiring accounts from the experienced Cyprus travel writers including but not limited to Excess, Ortos, Me&You, I decide to apply their findings and try the P4P scene during a recent business trip to Lefkosia.

As I am in town for 3 days with an opening only on the last day for R&R, I methodically scope all the clubs / cabarets over the course of my stay. My company puts me up at the Holiday Inn so on the doorstep of all the cabarets along Rigainis Street.

The main purpose of scoping exercise is to build rapport with the cabaret touts plus develop a composite picture of the club scene and how it operates. I don't remember all the cabaret names but during course my stay, I go into and check out all the cabarets on Rigainis, Coronet in the old town, Elysee and Crazy Horse in the business district.

Initially what I find, albeit at approx 21:00 each night, the going rates are thru the roof, CYP100 or a bottle of champagne whatever that may cost as Elysee for example do not disclose it.

[b]Observations[/b][list][*] Girls - Coronet followed by Elysee stock the prettiest girls however Coronet does not allow sex with girls. I did my best to find Casanova but to no avail.[*] Beers - Man beers CYP5, Girl beers CYP12[/list]After all my visits, I conclude Roxy is my preferred option because although the girls are not good looking the club men and girls seems 'relatively' friendly. Therefore on my last day I set the alarm for 02:30, wake up and head for Roxy. The club is dead as one expects on a weekday so I stand at the bar and visually inspect all the girls.

Now to provide context to my choice. Most of the girls in the club are EE and solid to slightly overweight build plus my preferred choice Filipinas are readily available to me as I'm heading to Sing / Jakarta in a few days.

Just a quick update/warning on the Nicosia scene. Following a very enjoyable catch up with Ortos in Larnaca with reports to follow, I ventured into Nicosia. A couple of good experiences under the belt but thought that I would post a warning for hungry travellers. In the interest of research as agreed with Ortos dropped into Crazy Horse for a price/quality check on the nortoriously variable club. This time too the prize... arrived about 10:30 pm in the middle of a Immigration/Police raid. Excess does seem to be able to find them.

All the girls seemed to be about 12 sitting at the bar in full civilian clothes with 4 men huddled over the cash register and papers. Walked over to them to ask the Terms and Conditions and was waved away by the manager - we are closed, we are closed. Inquiring later at another club this Manager told be yes- Crazy Horse a "dirty club" 2 girls taken away last week by the police/Immigration in handcuffs.

Next, during the rounds entered Coronet. Very quiet with 2 "Customers" and about 6 girls. Still best looking ladies in Nicosia IMHO. One was dancing at the pole and it was lovely to see one who could really work the pole. Manager sidled over and whispered into my ear - no girls can go out - police problems. Maybe next week. Well, another one off the list for this week's adventures.

Made a point to post in semi-real time to assist other members that may be visiting to avoid a dead end.

More in the week following. Did I mention a stellar session in Larnaca along with a mediocre one? And a lovely 18 y old Uzbekistan lovely. Have just completed a second session with this lovely this afternoon.

P.S Was alerted to Humsup's post by Ortos. So went of course to Roxy to check it out. Actually found 3-4 doable workers and not too bad environment - even caught site of what I thought could be Humsup's p[artner in crime. Wasn't tempted to do any takewaways and sorry to hear of Humsup less than gold brick session. I can add to that one on a clean up post next week. Don't despair Humsup - consider it one for the team.

Unfortunately this top end club with top end girls and prices does seem to have stubbed it's toe. I inquired into the club's problems from a Ukranian lady who was being extensively interviewed at 4:00 am having passed her first interviews with flying colors in another club a few hours earlier. She had not heard of the nature of Crazy Horse's serial Police problems but was going to inquire.

According to our correspondent, Coronet had succumbed to the temptation of sactioning and encouraging on premises private sex sessions. Immigration was not pleased and eventually cracked down.

Result: at least 12 girls taken away in handcuffs, in jail for up to a week and then deported in the clothes they were standing in. The guilty and the innocent together. The Manager remains in custody after 2 weeks, the waiters out in about 1 week. Temporary management keeps the club open but are not allowed as reported by Humsup to go out on dates as penalty sanctions.

It's a tough world. For the girls deported they are entered in international police logs files with a "black mark". This means no work possible legally/Visas in most European and other countries for 5 years.

Saying that, the on-site option with the quality Coronet girls would have been very tempting.

Just wondering; was in North-Cyprus in November and went to some nightclubs there.

Kings & Horses I guess(150TL) not so fantastic, Manila(?) 120 TL (also poor), and Bijax,where there were fantastic Moldovian (as in the other clubs) chicks.150Turkish Lira, 20 lira entrance/1 drink.

Had a wonderful time with Raya, beautiful and fantastic real breasts, and spend about 2/3 hours with her as she was called back for immigration check and another check.Could stay in room which was good to recuperate.

Don't see any threads about Turkish Nicosia(Lefkosia) as this is where these clubs are situated.

Will be doing an update in the next 10 days on a recent tour around the clubs - in part with Ortos who will also be reporting following his current travel program.

As always - some good news, some bad news, and always a new learning experience with every visit. Overall impression - customer traffic in the clubs is very low and the girls are hurting for paying customers. Works to our advantage those who are in the 'market'.

with the completion of another excellent tour de clubs with ortos in larnaca and without him in nicosia, there are some field reports to be done. i'll await ortos' reports on larnaca and fill in with my two cents worth there. we will have to wait though a bit as ortos made his way for other pastures to conquer immediately after our larnaca tour.

i'll provide some update and color on the nicosia scene in a bit as well.

following on from the larnaca run - i found as ortos suggested that it was better to 'keep the momentum going' so i did with a number of sessions in the capital city and visiting the usual and one or two new clubs for the update report.

however, there is a potentially exciting new avenue that requires exploring in more detail that i "ran into" while clubbing in nicosia. will be greatful to hear of any member who has explored this and i expect to fully investigate it in the future as well.

cyprus is like an onion with many layers to be peeled off as you move deeper into the scene.

the latest is a seemingly thriving pub scene with pubs associated with clubs.

i had heard much earlier from interviewees that they often worked as part of their contracts in the clubs at an associated pub in the afternoon. it appears to preserve some legitimacy the visas and for the night-time activities in the club as they can always point to those at home - "i'm working in cyprus as a pub waitress". starting time was said to be around 4:00 ish to 7:00 ish when it was time to report into the mother club for club duties. this was the case with dantela in larnaca.

i had made an appointement in a nicosia club for a ukranian lady to meet up for an afternoon -12:00 - 5:00, more on this in the nicosia club report.

the rendez-vous at 12:00 was for the small pub near the club and above which most of the girls live in apartments.

in this case, there are two pubs side by side. i entered one and went to the bar asking for miss x. behind the bar, was a stunning kazahkistan lady - long black hair, smoky black eyes, and an asian featured face with lips that could launch a thousand....- it reminded me of one of ortos' areas of interest immediately.

she extended her hand towards mine across the bar and almost raped it - my hand. she said she had not heard of miss x - and proceeded to nearly slither across the bar towards me and my still held hand. i was very impressed. she said that she had the bar open from 10:00 'till 9:00 pm and then...... she would be delighted to have some drinks any time and talk about it.

as we had established that miss x was from the club y and that was the stable from the pub next door, i simply asked if she was free to go out after work - 10:00 pm. she said that i was very direct and that this was usually discussed over drinks. my reply was that when i see something that i like then i ask very directly. this pleased her.

in any event she invited me back to discuss this and if i was not going out this afternoon to return immediatley and we could discuss arrangements. mmmmmmm.

the pub was associated with another club to which i had been on another evening and i recognized the club clothes of a lady drying out on the balcony of an apartment above the pub. the lady had earlier successfully passed her interview with me and i had spent a very good night with her - so i was not mistaken about the clothes hanging out to dry.

so, i bid my kazahk bar lady farewell and went into the next door pub.

this pub was the right one - run by a modavian lady who said that miss x was expected shortly. there was another working girl sitting in the small pub texting. asked if i wished a drink, i said no thanks. the moldavian lady then came over to my table and whispered into my ear; "may i ask you something?"

"can i ask you how much you paid in the z club for the afternoon with miss x?"

hmmmm - again. i replied that this was really the club's business- not knowing if she might be checking on miss x, the club manager or as it turned out according to miss x - trying to gauge the market prices . she accepted that and i then said that i would be happy to return another time to extend this conversation and discuss what arrangements she might be able to offer. her reply, "any time, you will be very welcome". hmmmm.

i questioned miss x between later afternoon rounds on the activity in the pubs. she confirmed that afternoon sessions can be arranged - didn't want to say what was the cost - "that's for the pub manager". and that the two pubs were the preserve of two different clubs but that they shared the same ultimate "big boss". she also said that while the girls movements were very controlled that especially due to the current shortage of customers in the clubs many girls were very anxious to "free-lance" for 1 up to maximum two hours in the afternoon when they might be able to leave the apartment/pub "to go shopping." this was definitely not approved by the clubs so had to be handled with great care. she also confirmed that most of the girls work in the pubs between 4:00 and 7:00. drinks were cyp 2 for a beer and cyp 6 for a lady drink - 1/2 price of in the clubs.

with care telephone numbers could be exchanged directly, and the manager could be talked to for pub/club sanctioned visits while again the direct arrangements were not. expectations were for a lower cost in the pub than when arranged through the club - for the same girls.

cypriots were the large majority of pub goers in the afternoon/early evening, she said - visitors rarely made an appearance but would be "very welcome" as i found out earlier... nearly devoured was more like it.

as the girls all slept upstairs - it was intimated that earlier from 10:00 to 3-4 one or more could be called down by the manager for pub agreed activities or many would be there at 4:00 ish serving drinks and talking with patrons when some direct arrangements might be made for the next day as well as pub arranged visits.

another very interesting possibility that requires serious field investigation, gentlemen. i ran out of time to follow-up, unfortunately.

senior members who wish to follow-up this line of investigation may pm for details. sorry, but the nature of the arrangements that seem to be possible and the very protective attitudes of the clubs about the girls' movements seem to warrant discretion at this time until we can get to the bottom of the possibilities and what is sanctioned by the clubs and what is not. i'll report on my own findings and hope that some other members can do likewise until i can do so.

we can't have the girls getting into trouble unless it is in bed, can we? i do hope that you understand.
