My friends I´m among you since 2005. During this time I contributed with almost 15 pics and in none of them the girl´s face was showed. I respect them. I think that sometimes it´s useful a faceless pic. I believe that. This pic´s debate is not my point.
However I don´t want to know sad stories from GDP. I don´t believe this kind of fairy tail. It´s not a matter of friendship. It´s a business. I respect them and I demand some respect to my intelligence.

Well, for me personally, it's more of an ethical issue whether to post an identificable photo of someone in a compromising situation (nude/semi-nude) on a website like ISG without their express consent. Personally, I don't think this is OK, so I don't, and the only pictures I post here are either fully clothed and/or people in public. But everyone has to live with his own conscience and ethical standards.

Anyhow, I have already expressed my general feelings on pictures posted in ISG in this post:

BTW, in the case of a scamming girl, however, I feel free to post whatever helps to identify here and help fellow mongers from similar scams (like claiming to have stopped working while running similar scams on others). No moral quibbles there for me.

Could someone actually explain to us on the outside of this dogfight what the whole fuzz is about with this girl? Because somehow, I feel like I am really missing something here. Here´s what I understand:

This is about Nicole from Karla's model, whose picture was posted as "varias_002 copy.jpg" By Tomegeroma on November 14.

Bimbo Boy claims whe was abandoned by her husband and took up escorting to raise her child. Allegedely, her husband found her photo posted on ISG and wants to get custody of the child. Because of that, Nicole was forced to drop her gig at Karla’s Models and now has no money.

So I assume that she contacted BB and asked him for money? And someone else claims that she actually is still working at another place under a different name and her whole spiel is nothing more than a fabricated sob story?

Am I right in this? Needless to say, I am intrigued.

Bimbo: just assuming for a second that her husband did abandon her and she did have to take up hooking to take care of the child, this would mean, logically, that she doesn't receive any money from her estranged husband for the child. Based on my own experience, it would be VERY hard for him as a deadbeat dad to now turn around and try and seek custody for the child considering that he doesn't comply with his own financial obligations as they pertain to the child. This just doesn't make any sense to me.

I will find time to write the details sometime soon, have been proscrastinating for too long. At least want to put the pictures out.

I tried to sample the various shades available in Rio from darker to lighter. Ranging from 100 for night, 200 for night to 200 for 2 hours.

Getting anal is very easy, just make sure to ask upfront. "culo" is understood pretty easily by all working girls. But the ones who considered themselves pretty hot, didn't agree to anal that readily.

Also, subways are a great place to pick up conversations with pretty girls that Rio has. Can lead to very favorable outcome in a very short time :-)

Man, if you READ what is written in this forum (of course, you need to be able to read Portuguese, or to be able to use online translators), then Brazilian mongerers say that Nicole STARTED her career at Aline Massagems by May 4th 2006, and then MOVED to Scortshow by June 17th 2006. You know, if you reread what I wrote, I actually agree with you: for me, ethically, it is NOT ok to post faces of women in this forum without their consent, and yes, it is a matter of ethics and respect for people. Even more so in terms of seminude/nude pictures or in other compromising situations. Please keep in mind, however, that this is a legal issue ONLY if we are talking about pictures taken in a private location, NOT pictures taken in public (just like no other person can claim privacy for any picture of them taken in a public location). You don't have to ask anyone to take their picture in public.

That's the standard that I abide by for all pictures I post here, and I think I have always complied with that. That's my ethics, and legally, I feel I am on pretty sound ground, too.

As to the possibility of getting sued (or the forum getting sued), possible? Yes. Likely? No. Number of one, a judge (at least in the States) would argue that there might have been an implied consent by allowing the photographer to take the picture in the first place, possibly even that since money changed hands, there was consideration. Number two, publishing pictures here on ISG is not exactly like splattering them all over Newsweek or Time magazine, so exposure is limited. And a girl that is actually working as a hooker in a country where it is legal to do so and at least consents to have her picture taken would have a really hard time to prove the damage that resulted from her photos. To say nothing of the expense involved in pursuing such a matter internationally with such an unclear outcome.

To give you an example: is it OK to take pictures of you with a celebrity in public, hey, let's say Arnold, and publish them on your website to show off to your friends? Sure, no problem. Is it OK to put them on your business web site (implying some sort of endorsement from Arnie?) No, it isn't. Is it OK to publish them with the caption "Me and Arnie smashed and whoring in Rio" (even if it's true?). No, it's not... and you can be sure you will hear from his lawyers really fast.

But I can see that the issue of taking pictures in private and then publishing them here is indeed a tricky question. You sure could NOT submit such a photo as stock photography and sell it commercially, for example (considering that you don't have a model release), like for an ad campaign. Tricky it is, legally speaking. But not having a formal model release doesn't mean that you can not publish it at all.

In some European countries, you can get sued and fined by taking pictures of people in the street without their consent. There are many lawsuits of movie stars against paparazzi and the magazines that publish such photos. Fines reach tens of thousands of Euros. I don't know how it is in Brazil, but there could always be some Brazilian lawyer willing to try such a case in the USA and be paid on success fees.
