Harry, there are several ranges around PP. Some are bigger than others with alot more weapons of mass destruction to choose from. The big ones are actually outside the PP city limits, beyond the airport. Telling a driver may do no good as he may only take you to a place that is closer and may not be the best one.
Best bet is go to one of the ex-pat hotels (ex. Flamingo hotel) and other mongering holes/bars and let someone there tell them in native Cambo which one you are interested in.

Just a quick little update. Visited the following last night;

104; Most uninterested bunch of scrubbers I have come across in one year. Maybe it was exhaustion due to the Water Festival but they all needed a good rocket up the arse. AF[/QUOTE]Just FYI but I had some things stolen from my bags on the 1st day I checked in to the place. The place has some bad seeds and I'm guessing it's staff. The door lock/latch can easily be opened with a coat hanger as I observed afterwards.

The girl will accompany you for drinks inside a KARAOKE ROOM and the establishment charge USD6 per girl for them to accompany you in the KTV room to drink and sing song the whole night. But you are still expected to tip the girl USD5 to USD10 when you leave without her AND if you are taking her back for overnight, it is USD50, standard market rate. Heineken is USD3 to 3. 5 per can and Johnnie Walker Black Label is USD35 excluding mixer, which is charged on per can basis. The girls can speak Mandarin and Cantonese as the clientele are mostly Malaysia, Singaporean although the occasional Cambodian, Japanese and Koreans and the girls are mostly Vietnamese precisely because of these reasons. Most Vietnamese girls have fair skin!

Similar type of KTV include CASA, Mega, 99.

In fact, these KTVs are considered mid-range in term of pricing of drinks, girls, rooms etc as there are KTVs that cater exclusively to rich Cambodians that charge room by the hour with even higher prices for drinks. Example, ROCK KTV, X2, X0.

From Asian's point of view, the quality of the girls there are of course, mostly better than girls that you can find in Walkabout, Martini, Cycree. Fill in the blanks. And other pick-up joints in the mostly Westerner scene where the standard market rate is USD15 to USD30, all inclusive.
