Also the area near Carrera 6th and Calle 19 many there, The Bacata building is one.

I was able to get 80 K COP for 30 minutes (the knock will come at approximately 20 minutes). You prepay the money to the bartender. No charge for the room.
Can you get it at a lower price? Not sure. You definitely can be asked for a higher price, especially if you are a tourist.

Every time I make plans to go to Bogota I get my hose drained by another American woman.
