It's a bar / resturant / hotel. No working ladies only waitress (most well past their prime, at least last time I visited about a month ago) who aren't available for LT / ST (unless I missed something). Believe 800-850 baht a night for a decent room above the bar. Bar has good selection of beers and well above average food (at above average prices, you get what you pay for).
If you want to stay there, recommend you go to their website and reserve your room.
Udon is a fun place to visit, talent level not even close to Pattaya or BKK. But diamonds in the rough can be found!
Just spent a few nights in Pullman Hotel in Khon Kaen. No streetwalker, no WH. Most local MP close at 10pm. Kosa Hotel's MP is open till 12 mid night, but mostly old ladies there. Massage is 200 baht / hr.
The Underground pub in Pullman play good music. Michael Jackson's music with Thai lyric. Really weird at first but OK after a few beers. Check out the brewery, awesome.

Oscars / osgars in udon thani was even worse this year. This year there was only discards, some looked like substance abusers. The suposed sideliners was just as bad, perhaps finer shirts. What made them sideliners is a mystery. The prices should be closer to 500-1000 bath instead of the 1500 bath asked. The only redeaming point is they have hot water in the showers.

Lots of stuff in Khon Kaen, Macrot. I mentioned it all in previous reports. There are two sois of old-fashioned, basic small brothels (disguised vaguely as kareokes) near the downtown where you stayed. Prices around 500-1000 depending on lots of factors, mostly just higher for farang. The girls are pretty cute in these places, though the service is abominable.
In the Kosa Hotel you mention, I can't imagine why you'd go to the regular massage when there is a Soapy there - the girls are fairly attractive though very overpriced - 2100-2800 for a soapy-sex-session. There are two or three cheaper but pretty good Soapies around town - Villa at 1100-1300, and Caesar at I think 1300-1800. Lastly Lilly's massage in Cheoren Thani hotel is mostly regular massage but does have a small Soapy section, around 1600 I guess. Out of these I would recommend Villa and Caesar the most.
Where you stayed, the overpriced Pullman Hotel, does have 'Cleo Kareoke' directly on premises with very good looking girls available for short-time for around 2500-3000 baht (keep in mind like all high-end girls they don't like farang and provide terrible service). There are one or two other similar high-end kareokes around town - the one I know of for sure is just down the street.. can't remember the name right now.. perhaps Violin?
There are no streetwalkers downtown but there are still some at the bus station. Alas this scene has been over-run with ladyboys, but there are still some girls around there - old an unattractive ones 500 baht, younger cuter ones 700-800 for a Thai, and probably more like 1000 for a farang. Again, as always remember, nobody likes a farang. Probably your best bet for not being treated like crap/overcharged for your farangness would be the Soapies, where service is somewhat standardized and price wholly standardized.
