I must say that despite the hype and media I felt safe, Beirut changed a bit though.

I rented a car and ventured north, to the four seasons as a land mark, I went back and forth and found the fish market which is towards jouineh but didn't find the building with many 2-story buildings in shades of yellow, I saw one next to a petrol station with a bunch of 4x4 cars which could've been it. Now once you reached Four Seasons, you continue straight for about 200m, you will find many shops on the right after these shops you will find a building consist of two floors and some trees, you go back of this building and there you will find your request, (note it's before a fuel station towards Sanita factory.)

The better approach would have been to actually go inside to the hotel's cafeteria where the girls would be waiting, I think swing is the exception as they have girls hanging out outside.
