Foreplay is fairly unknown in China Mainland and not practised much (yet). From conversations with married friends its usually the wives who get curious and ask lots of questions (with their husbands present so no opportunity for a demo) about oral sex by a man to a woman. It's high risk and a shower won't help much. Gonorrhea is very common and widespread in China. I just got rid of one! To make it worse, girls are often gonorrhea carrier with no visible symptoms, they themself may not know. Means they may spread it around for weeks till they get feedback from a customer.

I have been coming to China for a long time --- about 7 years in total.
Here is some advice:
If you want to live well in China, stay away from Shenzhen, Guangzhou and similar places. Those places the expensive cities in China. If you travel even 30-45 mins outside of those places, prices for food (Chinese food), taxis, accomandation (hotels and apartments), and prices for hookers reduce by about 50-60% or sometimes even higher. In provincial China, it gets even cheaper but you will need a good command of Mandarin as spoken English would be no existant.

In Wuhan the starting price for taxis is only 3 RMB, hookers are 150-200, fried noodles with egg (chaomian) are 4 RMB, beer in the same restaurants 2-3RMB/bottle, I like this place.

For obvious reasons, a diagnosis over a sex site may not be the most accurate. Bunch of blind people leading the blind, really. Anyway, for whatever it is worth, if it is a part of the crotch and not the whole thing and maybe spread to beyond the crotch, and it is red plus the itchy you mentioned, it could be tinea cruris. This is contagious. It is a type of fungal infection and can be cured.
Another possibility is a heat rash which would have tiny white spots within the itchy area. This is not contagious but very irritating.
Both do not need antibiotics but might be helped by keeping it cool, dry and antifungal creams. Antifungal oral meds are fairly toxic and might be avoided if at all possible.
Chlamydia, gonnorhea, other STDs are possible but less likely based on your two sentence description. Now ask me gynecology questions, I'm much better at that anatomy... :)

Most people will strike out when trying to pick up a North Korean girl, unless you are a North Korean VIP, in which case you can have your way with them.
From what I understand, the waitresses from North Korea are highly restricted in anything they do. They are basically under lock and key. They can't go out unless escorted by North Korean security. They can't leave the restaurant, and at one of the North Korean restaurants I have been to in Beijing, the staff all basically live in dorms at the restaurant.
Basically, the staff that get the "opportunity" to work outside of North Korea consider it a privilege.
