Indeed this is a bit of a messy situation.
With so many in custody, I am worried that desperation will lead some of them to involve people they shouldn't.

LE is looking for big fish (sponsors, managers, agents etc.) Best keep a low profile till things cool down. My GF has been advised to do the same.
And people like us are very very small fish.

Desperate people will say anything if they think it will save them.

Already 1 or 2 weird calls on her phone today. No doubt a result of the recent roundup. She has been a really good girl and it would be a shame if she got dragged into this.

I've dealt with a similar experience before and there is not a lot one can do to help, other than provide some financial support to the ones you care about.

This group was careless and that house was far from safe. All the advice and warning given by me and others was ignored so I can't say I didn't see this coming sooner or later.

Will just take care of my own and keep fingers crossed. Hopefully there will be some lessons learnt here.

Issue for Jean is the LE will want to ask about where she works and he will likely state she absconds hence the deportation and subsquent ban.
