You are asking a loaded question. It is different for different guys. It depends on the experience you are seeking. I would say they are both worth doing and enjoying.

Many guys reduce this risk by taking only well reviewed girls. Someone has to try them first and I like that role.

I have also declined massages and other activities many times and don't recall it being an issue with the girls, most roll with whatever makes you happy and you want to do.

Well it depends on your age, your physical fitness, your refractory period, and your libido / testosterone level. I am old, questionable physical fitness, I need a 60 minute minimum refractory period (In my 20's I only needed 15 minutes, and I had roommate a who only needed a minute before he was hard and going at it again), my doctor says my testosterone level is low for my age.
