If you did RTFF and read between the lines, you will find a wealth of information for visitors from all walks of life. Between, Ramm, Tiger, Grand Paradise, Chantik, one would know how to hit Monger Central for less than US$3 from the airport. Cannot do that in many world class cities. Also, all the information you are seeking are within the last 6 month at most.
If you are looking for a guide, try Chantik (my best guides were WGs who took me under their wings and other places) or Uncle G from his bar stool at the Handle Bar.
My experience is that girls are like a fine wine; they need to be savored and sipped slowly to fully enjoy their body. If you come in a heated rush, at least one party will be disappointed. IMHO, chill.
